My stay was embarrassing (I am embarrassed that I chose to stay there.)

hotel is irresponsibly filthy. The swimming pool is empty and the continental breakfast is no more. There were stains of an unspecified nature splattered on the wall, towels are old threadbare and scratchy. To add insult to injury, the vending machine stole 5 dollars from me. Rose Garden remember that you are a hotel, act like one.

I liked the location, and have been staying there at least 2 to 3 times a year. So I thought I knew what I was getting.

Super unhappy with my last Stay. I Reserved a king size smoking room , the pictures that I was given to pick from had a king sized bed and a bath tub. When I arrived I asked if it was a smoking and a king bed the front desk told me yes. When we entered the room it was a full/king size bed . I then called the office and they said they were sold out of king sized bedrooms. I did not understand how this could be since I reserved and paid for a king sized smoking room. I then went to go take a bath after a long trip, entered bathroom and saw there was a shower. I then again called the front desk and told him I just looked at my reservation and it was a king smoking room and it shows a picture of a bath tub. He said there was nothing he could do that they were sold out Of king size smoking rooms. I reminded him that he told me it was a king sized room and he said he overlooked that. I asked to be accommodated because I have enjoyed staying at rose hotel I stay there 2 or 3 times a year while visiting family. He said there was nothing he could do that they can't reimburse me that i could choose to leave or go in a non smoking room. This is very frustrating that I can't get what I paid for to reserve. If I didn't show up for my reservation I was going to be charged anyways, so I'm not sure why since I had a reservation, it wasn't there for me when I arrived.

Not a good experience. I will not stay there again.

1st room smelled really bad. The room was not clean. Although I requested a different room the manager was not pleasant about it. There was partying all night in the room next door. The room wasn’t clean-the floors and carpet were sticky.

I would not stay here again, the pictures were deceiving the pool was empty. Smoke everywhere.

There was no breakfast other than coffee and cereal. Purchase danishes from any local convenience store.

Nothing was great other then the location was easy to find.

Power down half day!

Able to check in early and stay until 12pm free of charge.

The second day was the day I'm unsatisfied. The power was down for quiet some time roughly from 5:30pm-4am(estimated time). My family and I had to eat dinner, shower, with the light the candle provided. And had no TV, No WIFI, unable to charge cell/devices. Not to mention all the noise while cutting tree and power tools used to fix powerline. I sent an email to the hotel email to let them know how unsatisfing the situation was and how I would like to get refunded for that day(2nd day) at least. I totally understand and i agree its not the hotels fault. Neither was it ours that it took hours for power to be restored. I believe one full day refund is fair on both side. Hope to get this issue resolved and refunded no problem. Thank you.

What a dump , didnt even stay all night

The front desk guy was friendly . It was a short walk from the car to the room

The bathroom was disgusting. Not cleaned, no towels, subpar caulking used as a bandaid. The floor was gross and the ceiling looked like it was ready to collapse. Stains on all the furniture as well as cigarette burn marks on everything. The room also made strange noises when all the lights were out that sounded alot like mice or big cockroaches, didn't see any but For $120 , i was shocked at how much of a dump this room was.

Don't waste your money on this hotel.. it's not worth any of the cost..

It was by far the worst hotel I've stayed at in a long time. What first bothered my kids and myself was the whole reason we chose that hotel was for the swimming pool since it's summer come to find out after we've checked in that the pool is closed and water drained out. When we get up to our room and open the door is very low budget for the price that I paid I've stayed at hotels that were cheaper and so much better condition and smelling clean this place smelled horrible. Not only that the walls were filthy with fingerprints shoe prints scuff marks the carpet was dingy the bathroom smelled like there was mold painted over and there were cockroaches in the room so I did not bring any belongings of mine up to the room. Never will I ever rent from this hotel again.
