I will be booking again soon

That is was very clean and the maintenance lady made sure we had clean towels and toiletries. The staff at the front desk was very polite.

There’s nothing I didn’t like.

Türdichtungen sucht man in den USA ja meist vergebens.. aber hier waren die Spaltmaße der Haustür wie bei nem unrestauriertem Oldtimer. Es zog nachts wie Hechtsuppe und die Heizung konnte man Nachts nicht anlassen, weil sie viel zu laut war. Wir waren im November da, im Sommer sicher kein Thema. Ansonsten gab's eigentlich nichts zu meckern.

Leider viel zu Laut Tag und Nacht

Gut und schnell von der Autobahn zu erreichen. Das Hotel bietet am Morgen Kaffee und Tee.

Wir hatten um ein ruhiges Zimmer in der Oberen Stockwerken gebeten und bekommen haben wir eins in Erdgeschoss direkt am Pool obwohl das Hotel vielleicht zu 30 Prozent belegt war. Im Zimmer konnte man Tag und Nacht die Autobahn hören, da die Türe nicht Dicht war, man konnte durchschauen nach draussen. Das Zimmer war nicht Sauber bei unserer Ankunft waren überall Lange Haare, im Bad, am Bügelbrett im Waschbecken und im Bett. Handtücher gab es nie für 3 Personen.

Friendly and clean environment with great location.

It was a very friendly environment. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. Coffee in the morning.

I would recommended this hotel to my friends and family.

Everything was great! I loved the location because there was many restaurants around it. I also liked how friendly the staff was at all times of the day. Lastly, our room was clean when we arrived and there was plenty of parking.

Our only issue was that our room had multiple spiders inside of it. It was very unpleasant to wake up to tiny spiders crawling all over you. Especially since we had small children with us. However, I had not seen other reviews that had this issue so I'm sure we just were unlucky. Staff fixed this issue immediately when we told them which was great.

Cobwebs at top of curtain. Towels were on the last run. Bathrooms weren't cleaned. Bed was uncomfortable for what we paid we expected more.

it was a good stay.

The price was good

The elevator had a funny smell, and it's Permit was at a date. It made noises that concerned me. Also, the key card reader into the third-floor took 15 to 20 attempts to gain access.

I liked the location. Very close to Knotts and Disneyland.

I hated the bathroom door. It's a barn door style. So there is a slit you can see through and not able to lock it.

We always stay here when in the area and have never had any major issues!

Great location! Nice and quiet, easy to find parking, friendly staff.

Cleanliness could’ve been better. First room we were given smelled like throw up as soon as we opened the door. Thankfully they were able to give us a different one that was much better. Another negative was that several of our towels had a lot of hairs on them.
