Will not be staying there anymore...that's for sure

Location is great. Walking distance to pier.

Cleaning staff does a horrible job! Room for was filthiest I've seen! Was disgusting to walk barefoot!

I will be back. Best staff ever

The staff are the best, always helpful, always super courteous. Rooms are clean beds are very comfy. From my balcony I could see the ocean and the pier.

The breakfast meager. Sausage gravy/biscuits and oatmeal offered one day, fast food looking omelet and oatmeal the next. Not bad, not good. Rooms were soundproof, pretty much, but doors definitely not. Other than that it was a wonderful stay

Perfect for Relaxation and Fun

Location was exceptional, no need to drive to any attractions, unless too far for walking. Cleanliness of room was better than expected( No carpet was a major plus) quiet for being so close to beach. Definitely would book again.

Lage toll, Hotel bedarf Renovierung.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage (1 Minute zum schönen Strand und Pier, 20 Autominuten zum Kennedy Space Center), ist aber ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.

In unserer Familiensuite waren die Fenster schlierig/blind und das Sofa stark abgenutzt. Die Küche ist sehr sparsam ausgestattet, genau 4 Gabeln, 4 Messer etc. Parken kostet extra. Der Poolbereich war unaufgeräumt und es lag Müll herum — wir haben den ganzen Tag am Strand verbracht.

Great place to stay overnight before a cruise!

I loved the location being directly next to the pier and the view from our room was the ocean.

The free breakfast wasn't much to write home about... Very small room, very few choices and what there was wasn't great.

Overall enjoyed my stay and the price was reasonable.

Loved how close we were to the beach and stores.

Only issue was the floors need to be cleaned better . When I got there I dropped an ice cube and it made mud. The floor water when cleaning needs to be change more often. Other wise the facility was clean and smelled fresh.

Tolle Lage, für kurzen Aufenthalt absolut ok. Zimmer ,im üblichen Motel Stil, waren mit Ausnahme des Bodens sauber.

Dreckiger Boden, Frühstück nicht gut.

Falsch macht man nichts....

Wir haben dieses Motel vor allem wegen der geringen Entfernung zum Strand gewählt und das zum zweiten Mal. Es ist halt ein Motel. Man hat alles und davon nicht zuviel.

Die Reinigung erfolgte nur zu 50%. Ein Bett wurde gemacht, das zweite nicht.

Spring Break trip.

We loved the space and proximity to the beach.

There wasn't much seating inside and a lot of wasted space. There was room for a recliner and needed a couple ottomans.

Relax e NASA

La possibilità di andare a piedi al Pier di cocoa beach. La dimensione della stanza e i letti molto comodi.

Purtroppo entrando nella stanza a causa della moquette c'era un odore fastidioso. La colazione da dimenticare. Poche cose e tutte di bassa qualità. Il succo imbevibile e anche il pane dei toast secco. Per quanto pagato mi aspettavo qualcosa in più.

Attention de bien réserver une chambre non-fumeurs les deux sont disponibles. La caution pour la chambre est restée bloquée 2 semaines. Il semble que c’est la faute de la banque cependant c’est stressant ‘

I’ll look somewhere else for the price I paid.

The location was ideal. Right next to the beach and pier.

Air conditioning Barry did anything. BREAKFAST WAS NONEXISTENT. Just some omelettes that seemed premade and some tuttie fruitie cereal.

Que me retuvieron en mi tarjeta de crédito un depósito de 247€ que hasta pasado 20 días desde que estuve no me liberaron, me habían dicho que retendrían 100$ pero fue muchísimo más a pesar de haber pagado el alojamiento con antelación

Très bon emplacement

Personnel du petit déjeuner très sympathique - sucre et sale au petit déjeuner, varié et bon. Nous avons même mangé un pain chaud « en croûte » avec une excellente sauce aux champignons et le lendemain matin des mini burger - literie de bonne qualité - machine à café, frigo et micro onde dans la chambre. Et le top … l’hôtel est à 2 minutes de marche de la plage et du Piers où se trouve un restaurant, un bar et surtout un magnifique bar Le Tiki au bout du ponton

Great value and comfortable rooms

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. For the price, the room was great!

It is an older building and could use some upgrades. We were able to see under our door and decided to put towels down so nothing would crawl into our room at night.

Price was reasonable for the area, would stay there again for the location.

Easy walk to the beach, breakfast was very good with a decent variety. Staff was helpful & friendly. Room was clean & reasonably comfortable.

Pool was small & our building was across the street from it, but since we were more interested in the beach this was a minor inconvenience.

Luckily we only needed to sleep here, otherwise I would not have stayed at all. Will not book here

The staff was nice

Our key cards stopped working, there was mold in the AC and the bathroom. The room smelled of mildew and there were ants on the table. Overall not a clean room at all. Such a high price for a convenient location to the pier, needs to have a deep clean because it was very poorly cleaned. The towels were old and rough and the pillows were not nice either
