Excellent.

The hotel provided a free taxi service to and from the Airport. Fantastic. The staff were super friendly. The manager introduced himself at breakfast, had a chat and asked if everything was OK. Great attention to detail

PÉSIMA ESTANCIA!

Todo estuvo en pésimas condiciones. Había insectos en las habitaciones, se comentó y no hicieron nada. El baño de mi habitación no servía, hacía un ruido bastante bastante fuerte, también se notificó, dijeron que lo arreglarían pero nunca lo arreglaron. En limpieza no pasaban todos los días, no había toallas, no había papel de baño, no había jabones, las habitaciones no estaban listas. INACEPTABLE!!!! En el área de desayuno que se paga por ello…no había desayuno! Una farsa! Y la señora de edad grande que está siempre en esa área, es muy muy maleducada e entrometida, es bastante incómodo que te esté vigilando todo el tiempo. Las almohadas y el colchón bastante incómodos, ahora tengo problemas de cuello y espalda! No hay secadora de cabello, no hay plancha de ropa, no hay ganchos, no hay ventilación natural ni filtro en el baño. Las ventanas de las habitaciones están muy muy sucias que no se ve al exterior. En conclusión cobran mucho dinero para lo mediocre que es el servicio y las instalaciones. HORRIBLE TODO

AC was too loud, parking lot not safe, I would not stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and informative. Room was acquired for a low price.

Car windows were broken into outside in the parking lot. The parking lot was not safe. There was no parking available out front in view of the front desk.

Would not stay hear again

Front desk lady was extremely helpful and nice.

The bed smelled like pee. For 3 days in a row I had no hot water to take a shower, and was waken up early 3 days in a row by sounds of hammers and tile being torn up in the rooms next to me

It was a quick trip to Austin for the Longhorns game and this was the best cost effective hotel

The location wasn't to far of a commute to downtown.

I had a nice stay, would recommend!

Nice hotel, cute and comfortable! The staff were very professional and accommodating. I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport, the shuttle was down so the front desk called me an uber in the morning!

Disappointing and Dissatisfied 😒

short distance to the airport

The unprofessional front desk staff at time of my check in and appearance of the place. The check in individual was busy on his cell phone and didn't even have a hotel uniform. In turn, I thought maybe I was bothering him. It was dark, gloomy and dirty. My room had spider webs, stained carpets and the entry door seemed as if they were broken into to. The FREE shuttle happens to be an uber that doesn't start until 7am. In other words, there isnt a Shuttle on sight as stated on their web site. This was a business reservation as I'm an employee with American Airlines. I do not recommend this hotel, please safe your money and time.

Don’t bother

Starbucks was a five minute walk.

Disgusting. When I arrive there were 3 industrial sized blowers in my room. No one was answering the phone, so I had to go down stairs in order to get someone to help. They were to remove the smoke smell from the smokers who were in the room the previous night. The heaters were also turned all the way up so it was insanely hot. I am pretty certain that the only working a/c unit was blowing mold into the air, as any time we had it one, we both developed coughs, scratchy eyes, and sore throats.

Great service, friendly staff, lovely spacious room and tasaty breakfast.

Happy with everything at this hotel. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful namely Q (I think!) and the other big guy, Mike maybe? There was a sign saying about hotel reservations ongoing but our room seemed brand new and was very clean and spacious. Great cable TV and free breakfast wsas spot on.

Nothing I didnt like at this hotel.

easy airport access - need to be closed until renovation is complete

The front desk lady was very pleasant and was multitasking effectively between checking us in and handling customer requests for shampoo, towel, etc.

This hotel is very dated. The carpet is old and wet, the paint is peeling in spots and it needs a complete remodel. The present issue is the LOBBY is going through an extensive remodel (which only makes the rest of the hotel look worse). There was a huge cockroach in the makeshift check-in area where they also had food and drinks. This hotel should be closed until renovations are finished - it is NOT worth the $183 total price tag for ONE SATURDAY NIGHT, I don't care how close to the airport it is (and it isn't the closest, it's more than 3 miles away). If I was paying $75 - $85 total for one night given the condition - I would consider that to be fair. The current price point is not justified. NO mention of renovation when I booked it.

There was renovation in the lobby. The whole hotel was humid, wet, and hot. Our room was uncomfortable. The overall look of the hotel was outdated or generally just not good. I felt uncomfortable and gross just walking in there.

Overall shower worked and had a bed to sleep in, that’s what matters

Location great not far from downtown at all right off the freeway. Room was a good size.

I booked a room for a king suit, instead received 2 queen beds in the room. Also booked for an accessible shower but received a tub. Also the site didn’t say anything about the hotel being renovated during the time of the booking so we had to deal with the smell of paint

Do not reserve this hotel

We did receive more towels and bedding, because we had/needed to go down to the "front desk"

We called to confirm our reservation 4 hours before. No on notified us that there were under reconstruction. There is no front desk just paper signs directing you to the conference/ dinning area to the staff area or "front desk". "Front desk" never answered our calls from our room. We have called multiple times to resolve an issue and e-mailed no response it has been a week that we contacted and have continued to contact but have received no response from corporate or the hotel

Booked 2 queen beds and was told at check in that rooms weren't available. Was given a king bed and pullout couch which was very uncomfortable.
