It was a convenient place to stay for one night to experience the Utah Shakespeare Festival.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. The scrambled eggs from powdered eggs left a lot to be desired. No hard boiled eggs were available. The hot food was not hot and the juice machine was not cold.

Passing through

We were welcomed by friendly staff and were upgraded to a jaquzzi suite. Close to hwy easy on and off lots of restaurants close by.

We had an incident at the pool where a family with 5 kids were all in the pool. They were throwing a football from end to end of the pool and it eventually hit me. You think they would go to one end of the pool or the other. But no. Disrepectful people. My suggestion peak in on the pool area.

We had a handicap room. We understand the setup in the bathroom has to be different but we really needed a shower curtain.

We had originally planned to visit Cedar Breaks, but after we checked in we found out that Cedar Breaks won't open until at least the end of May... So as far as location, it would be great had we been able to do it. Also planned on visiting Kolob Canyons, but most of the park was closed due to a sink hole in the main road. The property is very convenient and close to the highway, but very quiet, and comfy. Staff was great, and breakfast was very good. If you are familiar with HIE breakfasts, this is standard.

People were pleasant and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Breakfast was not stocked great but tasted pretty good. Workers didn't keep the area cleaned.

My handicap room was not handicap friendly. No handicap height toilet, no hand rails in bathroom. No Walk in shower only a tub that I couldn't use... also without rails.

Exceptional

The breakfast area had a nice variety of choices. The suite fit 5 adults comfortably but the couch bed squeaked. The room had great amenities like a 50” tv, clean bathroom with Dove care products and the parking lot was snow plowed after 8” of snow.

The staff is friendly and the rooms have plenty of space and are clean. I appreciate coming to a comfortable place to sleep and feel well rested to continue my travel. I’ve stayed here before and I will again.

The shower curtain was dirty & the shower had a urine odor. The restroom itself smelled like wet rag. They also gave us a room where there is a AC outside of the room for the hallway & the ice machine on the other side of the wall where a bed is placed so all night all you hear is a uncomfortable irritating noise.
