I was disappointed!

Generally speaking I really like the staff and the rooms. I have been there a couple times before this.

Last time I stayed there the staff told me they were expecting an upgrade in the facility and the price would go up. I was very surprised nothing had been done. The elevator made so much noise it was awful. I didn't feel safe. The carpeting generally was old and needed replacing. I think supervision should be had as my floor-3rd-always smelled like pot and there is NO SMOKING. The room was fine but I understood from previous stay that accessible meant a higher toilet and bars to get into tub. It wasn't and I managed. I think when remodeled access should include the above in any room specified.

Our stay was out of necessity, I would not recommend this hotel.

The location was fine and the front desk staff were friendly.

The elevator sounds terrible. Outside the elevator doors was an overflowing garbage can. The rooms were gross. The drawer fronts were falling off in the kitchenette. The doors to enter the rooms and the bathroom doors were filty. There was leftover food in the cabinets and someone else's underwear sticking out from under the bed.

Hotel and room were nice.

Gym was unavailable due to possible flooding from above. Fans were being used to dry out the carpets in all floors.

Pets Welcome 🙂

Pretty clean. Pets were welcome for a small fee! They put us on the first floor close to an end exit which was great since our dogs are skittish! Wish they had a pool, usually for the price there are more amenities. But can't complain when our pets were welcome!

A little spendy for so few amenities. Kind of a smell, but again pet friendly tops all for us at the moment!

Never forget the sound sleeping l had

There wasn't a breakfast, but you can choose to prepare any meals in your room that makes me feel happy because l am a good cook . Secondly They have free coffee aside that can warm you up. Thirdly their GEM also helps to stay active.

Asking if you need service in your room will be more convenient.

Stay was great after I got over the check in problem

First time staying at this hotel, really enjoyed my visit. Rooms very clean and comfortable.

I called and booked room, they gave me a confirmation for a King bed for about a $100.00, when I checked in I was told they have sold out of king rooms. They could give me a room with 2 queen beds and it was almost $40. 00 more. I was already there with family and friends so I just dealt with it. That was the part I was not happy at all especially it was my first time and I usually deal with Expedia, so much easier and no issues.

I needed a first floor room but since I came in late, I didn't get one. You should be able to reserve specific rooms.

Comfortable room with small bits of convenience

The rooms were spacious and comfortable for all of my guests. The convenience store downstairs was great, especially when we just needed a few snacks. They also had free coffee available, which was a big win with me and all my guests staying with us.

One of the rooms had sort of a strange smell, and we also noticed a lot of stains on the curtains around the air conditioner.

Superb

The room was large and very clean. It was also the most pet-friendly hotel I've been to. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and everything was clean (and in the dishwasher) when we arrived.

I really don't have any complaints other than the fact that it was hard to find the staff. When we did find them they were lovely. I think they may have been short staffed and training someone new.

It's an awesome place to stay at!!!

It was an awesome stay. I had access room so it was for handicapped. I am not handicapped but have bad knees so the toilet experience was GREAT!! Staff so helpful, patient and kind. I was there for 1 week. It was so very quiet and I truly needed that!! I will go back!!

The wifi doesn't work for cell phones. I could receive but not send out. Hopefully they will get that fixed.

Our stay was fine. Again, the staff was wonderful.

The staff was extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. Everyone seem to love my dog, which made me extremely happy.

The parking lot was a little restricting when the other businesses were open. I think maybe we need to start updating the facility.
