Great Staff

The staff was outstanding! They were very helpful and friendly. Maintenance was prompt, thorough, and friendly! Our a/c wasn't working, and the front desk immediately had maintenance there. He fixed the issue quickly and was very kind. The bar/restaurant staff was the absolute best. Eric and Carmen were a great team, and I had a blast. The food was delicious as well.

My only issue is the shuttle service you advertise. It should state that availability is contingent upon the flight crew. I spent $100 on Uber because the shuttle was never "available." I needed to get to and from Cornell's campus and was told it wasn't available, but it was just sitting there. I chose this location because of the shuttle access. Either create an hourly schedule or just say it's for the flight crew.

Great stay!!!!! Heather was a star!!!!

When we arrived parking was easy and quick! We received our room and it happened to be an adjoining room where we could hear every word of the extremely loud guests next door. We immediately went to the front and the incredible, Heather got us sorted out!!! Switched our room to one that didn’t have adjoining doors and SAVED the day! We were driving back 5 hours the next day and really needed a good sleep which we GOT!!!! Thank you again, heather for truly saving the day! Room was super quiet, super clean and very comfortable beds!!!!!

Over priced and needs maintenance

Substantially overpriced for the offering. Even the new wing had maintenance issues with shower door handles falling off and poor draining shower. The upper floor “view” was over a roof top with mechanicals and the parking lot. We paid nearly $600 and it was at most a $225 room.

Great location right off the Commons. Comfortable beds but a little noisy.

Beds were comfortable, room was a good size, front desk staff were friendly and helpful

The room could have been cleaner; there was some obvious dirt on the floors. The HVAC system was really loud.

Thank you!

We were in town for our daughters graduation at Ithaca College. Check-in was very quick and smooth. We have stayed at Hotel Ithaca before, and have always had a great experience. We stayed in the North Tower on this stay and it was great; no complaints. The hotel and rooms are very clean, plenty of towels, etc. and the location downtown is perfect!

We did notice that a couple rooms requested room service, and there food trays stayed outside their rooms for hours. That was a little bit of a turn off as old food was just sitting in the hall on the trays.

Would book again!

Beautiful property. Spacious room. Excellent beds and shower. Professional staff. Bus is a plus. Rose drove us back to airport and was a pleasure to talk to.

No bus after 10 PM. We arrived at 10:20 PM and waited over an hour for a lift. No taxis were available either.

Exceptional

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly, very welcoming and helpful. I used their airport shuttle and the gentleman that drove it was exceptional. I cant remember if he said his name was Joe but he did say he was in sales and was just assisting with driving the shuttle that day He has a great sense of humor and took us on the scenic route from the airport pointing out all the landmarks in an interesting dialog that had all the passengers laughing all the way. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the onsite restaurant was amazing and the waitress was really nice and welcoming.

The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel shuttle was not available for very early morning airport drop offs because they said they were short staffed so we had to call a taxi.

We will be back!

Staff great! Room clean and comfortable. Despite what I didn't like, we will definitely stay here again. We live out of state and have a child at the college up South Hill. Your hotel is becoming our resting place between long drives. Peak time rates are beyond our budget here, so we stay when rates are reasonable for us. Thank you for your wonderful staff, they are very welcoming.

The in-house restaurant breakfast was not good at all. The staff was nice but the food was a disaster as well as a large bug floating in the coffee ( I think it came from the carafe). I've never left a served breakfast uneaten, but it was that bad. We didn't complain though because the server was working so hard and was so kind. This will not hinder our return however. We will simply eat in town.

Great location in downtown Ithaca, convenient to several restaurants, clean, comfortable property and room, good breakfast in the on-site restaurant.
