This is our second time to stay here and have really enjoyed both times.

Variety of food was excellent. The food I chose to eat was good.

Worst customer service and lazy staff

Everything but the staff

Would not accommodate early check in. I asked for the room to be ready by 1pm. We arrived at 2:15pm and were told housekeeping was too busy to have our room ready, at the same time housekeeping was chit chatting in the hallway. Very very rude and extremely inconvenient.

The kitchen staff was accedes for us very kind and helpful.

The property was very nice and clean.

we didn’t have that great service by our maids a few were very rude and weren’t friendly and acted irritated when we would ask for anything to be brought too our room.

Great place - great location - best breakfast from an IHG hotel

Almost everything! Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, the best breakfast we've ever had traveling on the road.

Would have liked to have been closer to the elevator but that is something I'll be sure to request on my text booking.

My parents were the only ones who ate breakfast. But they said it was fulfilling. Especially having meat as a dish.

Not the expectation we hoped for

The room smelled like dog urine, carpet was soiled, couch was soiled Was disappointed in cleanliness Toilet ran non stop all night

Great hotel, comfy bed, good breakfast.

two bedrooms with separate bathrooms + living room is a great idea for 2 families when travel together.

staff was not very helpful when we found out one of the toilet had flushing problem.

Overall the perfect spot for a short stopover.

Spacious accommodation for a travelling family. Good breakfast provided, and near other dining options. Plenty of parking. Quiet location and easy access to main roads. Friendly staff.

Excellent choice for a GOOD rest, a real home away from home.

I had a king suite, and for an extended stay the full kitchen and separate 'living room' was wonderful. Bed was so comfortable. Even though next to highway, it was totally quiet. And i had a gorgeous view of the Organ Mountains out of my window.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Rooms spacious, and clean, comfortable beds, yet we did not have room service cleaning both days.

Location not the best share a parking lot with Peter Piper. Very limited Hotel parking. Breakfast was not the best, needed to wait for bacon, sausage, and other breakfast items due to lack of calculation or amount of guest, was packed both days. Not sure why or if a policy that there is no room service on weekends? Why we had to go to front desk for towels, even after asking Carlos at front desk that we did not have enough towels.? Electric stove was not working.? We were assured that we would have a maintenance person check it out and fix it.?
