Sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und stylisch eingerichtet. Im großen Bett konnten wir super schlafen. Das Highlight war der Pool! Mit den Lounges gab es viele bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten. Außerdem war hatte der Pool bis 1Uhr nachts geöffnet!

In einer Ecke im Zimmer waren ein paar Krümel. Doch das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau...

Always a phenomenal experience

The staff are amazing here. Only hotel I go to in palm springs. They always make me feel welcomed and they have an amazing staff that goes above and beyond for their customers.

Great room at a great hotel

Loved the room and it's decor. I took pictures in the room and they came out great. Good atmosphere.

Nice room comfortable but....

Bed was very comfortable nice room .

Bathroom could ve been updated . Staff no where to be found. Asked for extra towels after swimming was given 2 after having to go look for staff .

Avoid at all costs

Location was fine. We were directed to food at a nearby eatery called Billy Reeds, which was pretty good.

The room we booked through Booking.Com was one with a pool view. What we had was one facing the road. When we complained we were told it was Booking.Com’s fault and that we should take it up with them. We did, but no response. The room was basic. No wash basin in the bathroom. No tea/coffee etc.

It was a good place for me to stay alone, but would not be a good place for family VaCa vibe..

Staff was great. Always a friendly smile and greeting, The poolside cabañas were nice.. Rooms was acceptable, with just some lingering dirt on the floor that would show up on the towel if you wiped up any small spill on the floor. Bring your flip-flops.

the pool was sooo hot, You couldn't tell it from the hot tub. Not refreshing at all. The pool side bar was never open. Not muck like a beach club.

Great for a couple nights if you want something budget friendly.

Comfy bed, warm pool, drive your car up to your room, clean space. Rooms were minimal but stylish.

Bathroom needs updating/refresh, pool seating area was not set up, most chairs were was stacked up. But Pool as warm so it made up for it.

AVOID

Overpriced motel with drug engaging party type. Bad smell. Bad pillows. Jacuzzi couldn’t heat. We were basically in lukewarm bath water. Parking sketchy. Booking cancelled our reservation and when i went to rebook I ended up paying $150 more than the original reservation which made things worse. This is one of those motels that should cost $89 a night….booking charged us $350 a night. We were mortified.

Restroom was deteriorating tile was lifting . Toilet paper was on floor no toilet paper holder. Towels were dirty with visible stains.

Very poor

I thought the beds are comfortable.

Unfortunately, it didn't feel very safe. A lot of vagrant looking folks outside. A lot of smokers as well. I've stayed at 2 star hotels, but not ones that appeared as seedy looking at this one. Runned down facilities. Old interior and exterior of the building. My mom and I couldn't breathe well due to the cheap cleaning spray used in the hotel room. We had to leave one day early and find another hotel. We tried the pool. We liked how it was heated. But here is the thing, the pool as we realized later is not clean. So the heated feature allows a lot of bacteria to grow. We both got infections from the pool. It took about a week to recover.

Winter mini vacation spot

Hotel is in a great location, it's near the Spa Casino, many restaurants and shops. Staff was helpful. "Disability" rooms near front desk. Comfy bed.

I requested a disabled king room but was put in a regular king room. As soon as I called the front desk it was taken care of that moment. I went in to the room. The bed was a queen not king size bed with a large sitting chair. Simple room. Refrigerator was missing shelves, the shower chair in the bathroom was dirty... oh and there was no remote control in a room for a DISABLED PERSON. Truth be told the room is not modified for a disabled person in let's say a wheelchair because it has a tub and it's not a walk in shower. It does have handles to hold on as you get in the tub. Overall, good stay despite the mishaps.
