Great location
Hotel was being renovated which resulted in noise and an overall dirty exterior to the property. I had to request a move due to noise of drills, hammers etc during my stay. Fortunately the staff was able to move me to an acceptable room.
5.0
Great size room
Very comfortable beds
Considering the high cost per night, the room was shabby and tired. Very poorly painted and grubby marks around door. Fitting fell off the bath rail. The fan didn't work in the bathroom. Very stingy toiletries. Only one chair. Mismatched and worn furniture
They key cards didn't work so were issued with a replacement, but only one to share as they were in short supply.
Having used Holiday Inn Missoula multiple times over the years we were very disappointed and probably won't use again
I understand the hotel is undergoing a refurbishment - as a gesture of goodwill a reduction in room rate would have been appreciated.

Great location for downtown Missoula activities
Bed was very hard and noisy ventilation

Very accommodating staff. Really appreciate being able to store a small bag for a few days.

Nice, clean, good location
Well, maybe it was just bad luck, but the walls seem paper thin. Could hear people talking all night next door. Not acceptable for this category hotel

We didn't really stay at the Holiday Inn. I woke up to a voicemail stating there had been an issue with the reservations system and the property was oversold. The staff had already secured a room for us at the Comfort Inn, and Holiday Inn picked up the charge. The new reservation was seamless and we got a nice river view room. Great customer service!
I booked the Holiday Inn so we would be close to the river walk and central downtown. The Comfort Inn was great, but not as convenient.
8.0
Indoor pool and spa, convenient location, spacious room
Limited dining and no bar. My room was right above the front door with constant noise from opening and closing
10.0
closeness to UofM
price at graduation time was too high

location, very clean
expensive.

The view from my room
Bathroom small and unable to shower without putting myself in difficult conditions. Connected room sounded like they were in our room. Have stayed here before and was happy with it but things have changed. Very disappointing for as much money as I paid for four nights no continental breakfast no restaurant.
10.0
The staff was genuinely kind and outgoing. Above and beyond in every area. They should be commended.
7.0
had a room with atrium view and there was a convention going on. Room was a little loud
9.0
The bed pillows.
The room coffee.
6.0
There was no breakfast. Just a coffee bar open for 2 hours in the mornings… it was pricey and just basic for coffee… but there are several really good coffee shops within a block to walk to.
The room was grungy looking. Furniture needed cleaned. You could tell it used to be a smoking room… we both got congested sleeping in there. The back door just opens into the building… and the room was too warm - the air conditioner only blew warm air… so we were fairly uncomfortable most the night. The bed was comfortable though.

We love that it’s centrally located in downtown Missoula
The air conditioner was broken in our room. After going to a concert and returning to our room it was so hot! We called the front desk and there was no maintenance staff available to assist (which is okay since it was late) and they only options were to switch rooms or open balcony door to the atrium. Switching rooms wasn’t an option as some of our party had already fallen asleep. The shower wouldn’t drain and was full of hair after investigating further.
