I am grateful I had a place to stay.

I like the cleanliness and the information to commute in the city.

There was no awareness where to go to check in. The shower is to compact and the vanity too small. No microwave in the room. TV is not a smart tv only Antenna channels and it kept going out. No power source on both sides of the bed. You should not put water in the room if is not going to be complimentary to all guests. There is no equality in this hotel.

Not much.

The bed was hard as a rock. The sink had hair in it. The desk was dirty and dusty. The parking was insanely over priced. Food, snacks, drinks were not just high priced, it was extremely disappointing and I would never stay at nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

Would not come back or recommend to others .

What breakfast? No room service, no free breakfast. There was a huge buffet for convection people. It was $25.00 per person, way too much money and way too much food. Something small and inexpensive would have been great.

This is not a typical Hyatt luxury hotel . It’s a convection center. No special welcoming services. No room service. Dead disgusting plants along hallways to rooms. Only one bar for food. No restaurants . wine menu limited and very expensive ! Info on line sent to me was confusing and out of date. If hotel is just for conventions, then tell people up front. The manager was very nice and accommodating when I complained . Comfy beds.

Clean kept rooms

Too much noise from neighbors room. The walls between the rooms were not noise shielding so the neighbors who stayed up until 330am laughing and joking around were easily heard thru the room to room doors.

Proximity to the airport

I could literally hear everything it was so noisy. And I’m not even talking about the plane noise that I expected and was fine with. But I could hear every single time anyone used the toilet in an adjacent or above room because it made an awful loud noise. The room adjacent to me was screaming at each other all night and could hear everything because the walls are so thin. Could hear so much noise from the breakfast area downstairs that I was forced to wake up at 6-7am. Was not at all worth the price for the near constant bombardment of noise. If you’re sensitive to sound, stay far away from this hotel.

Huge, bustling hotel. Amenities could be better but it suffices.

Room was very clean, location is good but not great as not too much within walking distance

Breakfast buffet absolutely not worth the price. The gentlemen making eggs and omelets was very nice and that food was good but that was the ONLY food that was good and that is certainly not worth the $24 a person price tag. If they aren't going to make it better they really should just shut it down altogether, its that bad.

The stay was OK. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Property was nice. Love the proximity from the airport to the hotel.

The beds were really small and uncomfortable. The two full size beds was absolutely too small for two grown adult men and women for the two children. It was fine. There was a lot of noise in the hotel during the night I had to call the hotel front desk twice because they were teenagers throwing parties at 2 AM in the morning. This was not a good experience at all. You had to wait forever for the elevators to go up and down it come up full they go down full. It was horrible.

Always enjoy the etmosphere. We go for the Fest for Beatles Fans... every year since 1994...

no mini-fridge---no microwave are my only gripes... I think leaving water on a counter then charging an big cost if it was gone... we didn't touch it, but I know others with kids had trouble. I mean.. it's water.

overall the stay was great and we cant wait until next year to come back for G-Fest

we were there for G-Fest. having a room at the event venue was great. the breakfast buffet is amazing as well as the food and service at red bar. lots of different rooms to adequately host all of the different activities that were going on with the event

early check in fee? no one was rushing to clean our room so what did i pay for? the parking fees were high as well, if someone is already paying over $600 for a two night stay, do you really need to charge an additional $34 a day to park at the hotel?

Hotel property is great, lobby is amazing. They have a small shop inside the hotel which is open late in the night...great! Close to the airport with big parking area. Will come back.

Great Staff and Great for Plane Travel

We stayed overnight at the hotel because we had an early flight the next day with a toddler. Prom was being held there so it was very busy and noisy. It was filled with teenagers and we were worried that they would keep our family awake. They were able to accommodate giving us a quiet room away from all of the events and we were actually able to get some sleep before our early plane ride the next day.

Directions on how to get the hotel were confusing on the website and using google maps. However, the staff was able to get the person driving us there back on the correct route after dropping us off.

entire hotel dated and dreary; restaurants overpriced and felt like fast food chain. breakfast buffet only was no better than what get for free at a comfort inn but was $30. terrible coffee. this is no longer a business hotel felt more like a low end motel
