Muy bien ubicado y se descansa muy bien

Muy bueno el desayuno y los espacios

El baño ,muy pequeño y las alfombras estaban manchadas,ademas el parking ,estuvo siempre muy lleno casi sin espacios disponibles para estacionar en frente del Lobby,por lo demas me senti muy comodo,espero cuando vuelva , me den una mejor habitacion.

Over Priced Room, Horrible Service, and NOTHING that was needed was replenished. (Soap,towels, linen

It was my first time staying there. I expected way, way more from reading some reviews. If I had to say one thing that I like was the breakfast and checking out. ( Had reservations for 2 nights, stayed 1 only because I had already been charged for the stay).

Once entering the room, the room smelled. I think it may have been the carpet. Once entering the bathroom, there were 3 dispenser hanging. ALL 3 were empty. NO SOAP, NO LOTION, ETC.. The tray that was sitting on the bathroom counter that holds the individual soap, lotion, etc..(EMPTY.) The pull out couch, there was no linen for the couch, and the towels look like some towels had already been used. I don't know if I was given a BLOCK room, but the stay was a nightmare. I called the front desk and told the young lady ALL the items that were needed. She said that I needed to come get them because she was working alone. SAD, SAD, SAD. HORRIBLE SERVICES!!!! Because of my leg, it took me a while to make it up there to the room (5th floor), then to come back down, to go back up. Unbelievable. I have stayed in many Hilton hotels and NEVER experienced nothing like this.

It’s not worth it.

The customer service. Briana was very helpful in local recommendations.

The rooms were musty, moldy, cracks everywhere, stains everywhere. All the pillows and bedding was worn out.

The stay and employees made the stay worth the amount paid.

The breakfast was the best I have ever had and the attendants outstanding. I plan on making Embassy Suites the hotel to stay at in the future.

The parking or the availability of good parking spots was probably the worst. The elevators weren't the most comfortable and made it seem like it was going to get stuck.

Lovely room for a weekend stay

The dining area was beautiful and the location is close to several restaurants.

There were teenagers playing in the halls running up and down, staff never stopped the disturbance.

Breakfast was excellent. My wife really enjoyed the indoor pool. We had a room in the back away from the noise room 309. We will be back.

Disappointing

Location

This hotel needs an update on everything but particularly carpet and furniture. Chair upholstery in room was peeling off and carpet in halls looked like crime scene. The hotel looked exactly as it did 25 years ago!

I would stay again but it definitely needs to have done cosmetic improvements done.

Breakfast was excellent as always and the staff was nice and friendly.

The property needs some refurbishing. They're was a rusty lamp stand in my room that didn't work and there were stains on the carpet. The television remote had dirt and dust, which tells me it had not been wiped for some time. The bathroom door was difficult to close.

Need updates

The staff was very pleasant and breakfast was delicious. There was a great variety to choose from.

The carpet in the room and hallway needs to either be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. There were spots on the ceiling of our room. It's looks like there was a previous repair that didn't get finished properly. The bathrooms need to be updated. I was very disappointed in our room because we are typically well pleased with Embassy locations. I'm submitting this information in hopes of it being addressed immediately.
