Friendly staff, nice pool & hot tub. Everything was in working order. Loved the mattress & bedding. Good shower head & plenty of hot water. Nice landscaping in outdoor areas. No time for breakfast but looked & smelled delicious. Overall, this is a great hotel & we look forward to returning again the next time we visit Avondale.

Wonderful hotel, with great workers and in a great area.

The location, the staff, the hotel itself was great!! Everyone was very friendly, the hotel was clean and it was a great proximity to everything I needed.

I am thankful for the breakfast vouchers because the price of the breakfast was really high.

it served our needs but I probably wouldn’t come back

the location was great and the room was clean

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and there was only a sheet and thin blanket; no extra blankets as usual. Many of the tiles in the bathroom were obviously loose and makes me wonder why it hasn’t been addressed. we were in room 234… it’ll be obvious if you go in the bathroom

it was ok. hosts were very kind and helpful…

rooms in my opinion weren’t worth the 384$ thou. I’ve stayed at a quality inn for much cheaper with more amenities. this was a you pay for the “name” place to stay.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Spacious rooms with a full kitchen. Great location. Staff was awesome. Pet friendly. Had Netflix on the TV. And great value for the money. Highly recommend!

it was conveniently located for the purpose of my trip

I requested a maid service to the manager on duty and after feeling like the request was an inconvenience for him, we got back to the room later that day with sheets and towels left on the TV stand for us to do ourselves (no indicator or mention of how we just need to give ourselves the maid service). I ordered a $24 “Korean Steak” dinner plate from the lobby restaurant and it was a couple slices of roast beef sandwich meat. We requested and confirmed a late check out on departure (only after following a few steps online as directed by the front desk staff), and the maids aggressively attempted to get into our room 3 times while we attempted to nap before hitting the road. We finally spoke with the maid trying to get into the room and was told that “the late check out was not on their schedule for the day”. Upon departure, I spoke to the same manager that I originally spoke to when requesting maid service and explained what my experience there was like. The response I got was “sorry”. I left this review on Google and they responded to tell me to call them so they could make it up to me. I called twice and left messages both times to the manager, no response. The whole operation needs a makeover if you ask me.
