Gut geeignet nach Ankunft oder kurz vor Abflug LAX.

Lage wie erwartet in Flughafennähe. Flughafenshuttle verfügbar für 20 Dollar.

Close to LAX

Close to the airport, the shuttle came to pick us up within 5 mins of calling them. Friendly staff. Waffles for breakfast.

Location only suitable if you’re travelling to the airport, otherwise a bit dodgy neighbourhood.

I like where it’s located. In the middle of everything. I like how you guys offer breakfast and the taste and varieties of food available. Price is reasonable.

I don’t like how you are booking with the hotel and still have too pay too park. The rooms smelled bad when we first got in.

Good for a quick stay, esp if you need the shuttle and a nice breakfast

They did (eventually) send over the free airport shuttle, which is the entire reason I chose this place. The room was actually an accessible room, so everything was huge and spacious. Bed was comfy, and I appreciated the outlets for charging everywhere, and a dedicated space to open my suitcase. Ac was pleasingly strong. Check in process was nice and easy. Wifi was nice and strong.

It's a little dated. Water pressure was very weak. There wasn't a restaurant connected, and from what I saw, not a huge number of eateries around. There's a little noise from the big street out front, but that might just be the room I was in.

Won't be staying at this one ever again!

Girl at the front desk was not friendly! Really rude. Room was out dated and had holes in the walls amd big pieces of trim missing! Trash all over the hallway! I expected way more from the best Western brand name. I stay in these frequently for wrk. I will definitely not ever stay here again!

I can't answer this! This place is very disappointing!!

Great room, breakfast just ok, location - not ok - Good for a sound night of sleep

The room was great, spacious, clean, silent. And really, this is what was great about this hotel.

I had read about a very nice breakfast and it was less than ok. A very small room, nothing was made to order, and the things that were offered weren't that good either. The surrounds weren't very nice. There was no food service at the hotel, as announced. I had to settle with some snacks from a vendor machine.

Ok for 1 night wouldn't stay again

I liked that it was close to the airport. It was an ok stay for a night but not as advertised. The hotel looked completely different to the photos.

The hotel is very dated, everything from the lifts to the bedrooms could do with some modernising. There is bar/club nearby which played super loud music and kept me up all night before a morning flight.

stay on the top floor so you don’t have to hear those above you walking

we were on the 3rd floor & could hear the people above us walking around in their room all night & morning.

Exceptional

Staff were incredibly helpful. Rooms were kept in a fairly tidy manner. Daily breakfast buffet was first class. I was particularly fond of the turkey patties and sausage links. Amazing!

Overpriced Dated Hotel

Breakfast was decent. Parking was handy & good price.

Dated shabby hotel. Not soundproofed so we were kept awake all night. There wasn't any staff to check us in when we arrived, so had to wait 10 minutes. Room not cleaned very well & very worn facilities - needs an overhaul. Not worth the money paid - this should have been budget. Very cold room. Didn't use pool or fitness centre so can't comment on those.
