I ended up not staying the night because my wife hated the smell of smoke and just dirty it was.

I honestly was disappointed how much trash was outside the building, and homeless people walking around the area. Wife felt unsafe.

As mentioned above, also when I sat in my love seat I got itchy and it smelled like smoke real bad. Looks like no one vacuumed my room or the hall ways.

Disappointing

The toilet kept running had to pull handle up. A tile in bathroom was loose, the refrigerator was loud. Not a good selection for breakfast.

It took two different moves to find a room where the air conditioner worked. There was no coffee maker had to go to the front desk to get the coffee maker took it back to my room and it was broken also. The homeless problem outside made me nervous about leaving my vehicle parked in the parking lot nothing happened fortunately.

Thoroughly disgusted.

Our double Queen room wasn’t ready when we checked in around 4:30. They were short staffed on housekeeping, which I can understand. The front desk said they could put us in a king with pullout couch room. The room wasn’t completely wiped down, moldy air conditioning, bottom of toilet wasn’t wiped down and there was some kind of bodily fluids on the couch. We immediately checked out and informed the front desk about the issues.

Ac didn’t work. People running around barefoot and dirty. Not worth what they charging for room. Think you be better off at motel 6

There were a lot of homeless people outside, and it didn't feel safe. Also their were a lot of finger nail clippings in the bathroom, and the wallpaper was coming off in spots.

Location and price

Homeless people outside of building. Feeding homeless all breakfast food. Sketchy place security of personal information is a concern.

huge life saver

I was suppose to say at a different location but the other motel had sold my room out from underneath me. the front desk staff was amazing and friendly, They got me an early check-in so that was a huge positive after being broken down in a car for 12hrs waiting for help.. beds were crazy comfortable sound proof rooms

poor lighting outside on building, bathroom door did not properly close without being picked up on from being wet. shower curtain did not like to stay closed, simple fix with a hair clip

the room was clean. the staff was nice. the location was good

room key didn’t work. had to have it rekeyed every day. furniture was somewhat dilapidated. no breakfast on the last day as the person who was supposed to set it up didn’t show up

Would not stay here again

It was in a great location for what we where there for.

The room was dirty, and smelt horrible. There where homeless people outside every morning making it feel very unsafe. There was never breakfast in the morning like the listing said there would be.

comfy enough place if someone went around and fixed the missing/broken stuff.

TV did not work (turned on but no connection). Coffee setup present but no coffee maker. Light over sink did not work. Light to right side of bed did not work. Room 202. Unacceptable amount of missing/broken stuff. I realize I could probably have gotten some of this addressed by front desk, but I prefer when things just work.

Tv had to be reset to HDML n e very time Breakfast advertised on website claimed eggs,bacon waffles. Nothing cooked. Only bread cereal yogurt apple. Hard to find hotel parking lot from others
