The Jamaican guy at the front desk when I first checked and it was very nice and very helpful.
The Indian staff, which seem to be the owners at the establishment were very rude. Repeatedly called my phone, because my dog barked. They made up lies about how my dog has been barking since 6:30 in the morning, mind you when I got the phone call from them about the dog barking. It was around 9:30 in the morning. They say they are a dog or pet friendly establishment but they are really not. If you’re a pet owner, please do not stay at this hotel they will treat you like crap.

The young lady on night staff who checked us in was AMAZING! She informed us of the area where to eat. I had a issue that arose and she showed empathy along with a willingness to help. She is a sweetheart💕
The room had a mildew smell and I tried everything to get rid of it, but it didn’t help.
I also had to stay a extra night. I was given one rate that night. However, check out was different. My card was charged a higher amount. Had to contact the location back.

The room maintained a strong mildew smell along with the scent of dog urine. Our shower drained slowly and there was no working ice machines for our coolers.

we upgraded our room on booking.com and arrived to be told the upgrade was not available- then we were given a room with wet carpets -
finally upon checkout we were charged more than the original reservation on booking.com and no resolution was to be had after calling them and reaching out to booking.com

The hotel itself is nice, it comes with a clean room and free breakfast
For starters, when if first walked in the front desk clerk said the system was down and told me to wait a minute. I didn't like the fact that I booked a jacuzzi suite, to later to try to turn it on and it doesn't work. My boyfriend goes down stairs and is told that none of them are working. At check out I was told there would be a $45 refund but I never received it.

I left before breakfast was available. Location is fine.
The drain in the tub/shower was partially plugged and did not drain fast enough. There was a pubic hair on the inside surface of the toilet seat cover. The toilet seat was loose.

Staff at front desk very rude. Had a handicap person. Wanted to check in like 20 minutes early. Charged me $30. Really- room was already ready. What’s the fee for.?
Had a pet paid the pet fee. Outside where your supposed to take the pet the trash was overflowing and no poop bags in the stand. What are you using the pet fee for.
I will never stay here again and advise others to avoid as well. Staff very unprofessional.

It was close to the venue.
Staff was indifferent to guests. The room was not very clean. There was hair in the bath tub, fingerprints all over the windows and tape on the walls from a previous guests decorations. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud as was the hot tub if you turned the jets on. Room was dated.

The breakfast foods and drinks were a good opition for every family member and the location was very convenient and opened.
The Service desk members could have been more friendly and welcoming. They were nice but almost as if you had to greet them first.

The gentleman at the reception desk was very professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Hot & cold selections and a helpful attendant.
The pool, hot tub, and fitness center were all out of order and not available for guests to use. Seems a little unlikely but regardless, shows very poor management. A large area rug was draped over some outdoor seating as if it was drying out. Not what you expect or should see when arriving. Was told we could walk across the street to another hotel and use their fitness center if I wanted. There was no notice that so many amenities were ‘out of order’ when booking the hotel. The carpet in the room was very stained and the overall room was run down and needed cleaning and updating. The pillows were very poor quality. I’ve stayed at numerous Country Inn & Suites over the years, including this location a number of years ago. This location was a disappointment compared to my previous experiences.

While the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful the room was very musty and in need of updating and repair. The inside of the bathroom door was peeling and flaking there was some scrapes on the bedroom wall next to the headboard and the magnetic door keys frequently did not work

BUYER BEWARE!!!! When we arrived at the hotel (6pm), they advised that they had no more rooms of the type for which we reserved (King bed). I said no problem we'll take whatever. They advised that no more rooms where available at the rate I reserved for and I had to pay extra. We ended up with 2 queens instead for $149 instead of the reserved rate of $139. I objected at the BAIT AND SWITCH rate increase and asked for a manager which the desk person (Sheena) would not contact. I asked if this is their policy regarding charging extra for the rooms regardless of the reservation and they said yes. The next morning I tried speaking with the manager although "Ersula" wasn't available. I asked Sharma, the morning clerk about the situation and he too reconfirmed this policy. This is absolutely ridiculous that they accept room reservations and do a bait and switch when you arrive!!!! Last evening, I heard of two other guests dealing with the same situation.

We just stayed at 2 other Colony inn and suites in this trip. .., 2 times in Hagerstown and then in Winchester va!
Both were 4 star…. This is a huge disappointment.. old… run down and needing a major renovation. Had a light out… maintenance came .. said they were doing a major electrical overhaul!! Really??
