Overall, we had a great time and our room was comfortable.

There were a lot of kids running in the hallways and playing in the elevators, so our room wasn't as quiet as we like. It seemed like it was a traveling sports team.

Overall it was nice, just very expensive due to not having all the same ammenities.

The Lobby is so relaxing!

I do not like the fact that the service that we have come to expect from Embassy Suites is not what we have gotten. We understand that Covid was a concern, however I feel as if Embassy Suites is trying to be cheap. The Happy Hour is not the same neither is the Breakfast. Even though there has been a scale down, it just seems that personal touch has left the company. Curious to see if it goes back to the way it was pre covid.

I will spend extra money and good somewhere else but Good location for where I was going but won’t stay there again

Nothing because it needed updated badly the elevator even stopped while my kids and husband were on it

I didn’t like when we first went to the pool somebodies underwear were in there on the floor along with food and silverware meaning a spoons the pool looked real cloudy and the room itself needed cleaned better the walls were not clean crumbs still on the little kitchen floor everything needed wiped down severely

When we arrived our reservation dates wasn’t updated from us changing them. They charged us a $200 cancellation fee and

It wasn’t far from the Columbus Convention Center.

Our room was infested with Ants. And our reservation was messed up. Employees were rude when asking for towels for room or pool. Took almost an hour to check in due to their mistake of cancelling our room.

Room size and comfort top notch. Breakfast offering nice. Staff very helpful.

Location to our event was perfect, and we stayed here because the event partnered with the hotel. I wouldnt stay here on my own. It's a little dated, maintenance issues abound, the bar/restaurant hours limited, short staffed, all ice machines were down, and the hot tub out of order. None of these is a deal breaker, but considering the price, I expected more.

Not worth the money.

The location was perfect for us.

The elevators were covered in food for over 4 hours. The one had syrup in it and the entire floor was sticky. The pool had no towels. The staff at the front desk seemed like they had no idea what they were doing when I went to ask for towels and another guest had asked for a restock of glasses in their room. The pillows on the bed were awful, even after being home for a night my neck is still hurting. The one bar tender was extremely rude when my husband and I came down for the "happy hour" as we were trying to figure out what was included during that time, we decided that we'd rather just leave and pay for drinks then have free ones from him. Overall I do not think our stay was worth what we paid.

Nice Hotel, Great Breakfast

It’s close to shopping and they have an amazing breakfast. They also had free clothes washers and dryers. We were on the second floor so we could easily use the stairs. They always had luggage carts. It was a nice place to stay for a couple of nights. We would stay here again.

The carpet is old and kind of gross. The air conditioning took forever to cool the room.

Disappointing, dissatisfied

We got there unloaded our stuff and went to go to the pool which was why we rented the room for the night and it was closed for 24 hrs because someone pooped in it was very disappointed it was my daughter’s birthday and she brought a friend ruined her night and we didn’t even stay we left we were there maybe an hr of our stay

Open courtyard was nice.close to downtown dublin

Went to enjoy the pool and spa. Spa was covered and not in service.We were asked to leave the pool so workers could change a light bulb.Pool had a dirt ring around the edge. The hotel charged 10 dollars for parking which seemed like an necessary expense since the lot was uncovered and large.

You get what you pay for

We stay here the weekend of our wedding 6 years ago and the place is just as we remembered they never disappoint same great quality.

The Jacuzzi was out of order. Only the pool was. Available

it was ok, had better embassy stays at different locations.

Suites with separate bedroom breakfast!

No bedding for the sofa bed. The evening reception snacks were very lame.

Our stay was pretty nice including the pleasant staff

Set up of hotel was excellent. Staff was very pleasant. Bartender was the best. Breakfast was a great perk for staying there.

Room was clean although we started out by finding ants on the table in the living room. Our last night there we found hundreds of ants on the table. During our stay there were a lot of small kids (soccer tournament) staying there and we noticed that they were running all around while parents sat in the lobby drinking. They also was coming by and knocking on doors and running away. These children were playing on the elevators and only one was working after playing on them. Lastly, paying for parking was a little ridiculous.
