Our bedsheets were still damp, Our toilet water kept coming up. Also we never use this credit card. And was charged for another transaction the next day after check out.

Breakfast was really good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very clean and nice location.

Only problem we had was the bathroom sink drain was leaky. When you used it, it would leak into the floor.

Stay was convenient for the occasion

The front lobby was clean and provided a lot of food options.

The bathrooms do not have ventilation which cause lots of steam after a shower. The door keys did not work several times during the visit, the elevator was making unusual loud noises, and the room carpet is dirty. I think it would be a great idea to upgrade to vinyl flooring like alot of other hotels that I’ve visited.

First and last time staying here

The bed was pretty comfortable and the location was convenient.

Our whole floor reaked of cigarette as soon as we got off the elevator. The carpet was stained with heavy traffic marks. The hotel definitely needs new carpet or deep cleaning. For a hotel in the Hilton brand I was expecting better.

Great if not for the breakfast incident.

Room was comfortable. Staff was pleasant for the most part

I was told that I would have to pay for breakfast but breakfast was included in my booking. Hotel desk clerk checked my account and said it was not, so I had to go to my room, retrieve my phone and go back down to show the clerk my confirmation email before she would believe me. It was embarrassing and inconvenient. Made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Plus, breakfast was not very good at all.
