Nettes Hotel für ein paar Tage

Das erste Zimmer hat uns nicht gefallen und wir konnten in ein anderes wechseln ohne Probleme. Großes Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett. Schöne Frühstücksauswahl für amerikanische Verhältnisse. Richtiges Besteck, Teller, Gläser und Tassen sowie Stoffservietten. Sehr guter Kaffee und O-Saft. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Ruhig und naturnah.

Sehr lauter Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber.

Very little. It was decently clean. The bed was comfy, but if you want the bottle of water they set out for you it’ll cost you $2.

The cost per night is outrageous. The first room they put us in the water dripped out of the sink couldn’t even wash our hands. So they moved us to another room. Neither of the rooms had a fan in the bathroom? No switch inside or outside the bathroom. It doesn’t come on with the light, but theres clearly a fan vent on the ceiling.

We had a great 1 night stay here

Nice clean hotel. Quite inside the hotel and no noise from outside the hotel. Loved that the room had a clock in it - some hotels dont do this anymore

Too expensive and poor value.

The people working there were very friendly and efficient.

Room heating system poorly designed either blowing hot air or air conditioner continuously. There was no breakfast unless you paid an additional charge. No complimentary coffee or tea in lobby just self service for $4 a cup. It was very expensive without basics included with most comparable hotel chains like HI Express or Hampton Inn. In a light industrial area that was quiet on the weekend other than dogs barking at the adjacent kennel.

Wonderful property, but skip the breakfast.

The property was absolutely perfect. Room was great, bed very comfortable, staff was friendly, and room was extremely clean. A+. We’d return just for the room. The little store on the property was fantastic. Everything you’d need and then some! Huge selection. Well done!

The mini restaurant was a D (and I’m being generous). Overpriced breakfast was too small, and tasted absolutely terrible. Someone needs to order the pancakes and ask what’s wrong with this picture. McDonald’s down the street is a much better value, and tastes 10x better.

Great stay with comfortable beds.

Staff were courteous, hotel was clean and accommodating.

Pool was not useable so the solution was to use the pool at the neighboring hotel. It was a bit of a pain.

Pleasant, clean, close proximity to the marathon destination I needed to be early Saturday morning.

The staff was very helpful. I needed photos of myself and one of the young women working at the front desk took my picture in front of the waterfall in front of the building.👍

Very good

Clean, big room, nice facilities, breakfast, and bar. I had to leave one day ahead of time due to family emergency reasons. The gentleman at the reception was kind enough to refund me my last night. Thank you!

I don’t think I’ll stay there again, the price was way too high, the amenities were bad.

front desk was nice

the parking was horrible. pool was shut down. breakfast cost $16 per person even though the advertisement said free! elevators were slow.

The bartender made my husband and I each a salad for dinner. Both salads were great and she was delightful.

We signed up for breakfast included with our reservation not realizing it entitled us to a continental breakfast and we had to pay $11/ea for a larger breakfast after we had paid $325.00/night. We stayed in Pasco, WA in a brand new Best Western for $178/nt which covered a wonderful breakfast without an up charge and made your hotel room look shabby. We have stayed in your hotel for the last 4 years and this year disappointed and my husband woke up with a back ache.😐

Staff was friendly and helpful

Breakfast was a little confusing. No signs about what to do or who to order from. It looked like a buffet but while we were choosing our hot foods we were approached by a wait staff member who told us to order from her.

We had a good sleep and the view was pleasant.

After we complained about the room price discrepancy from the price we were quoted by Booking.com, the staff adjusted the price to what it should have been.

The entrance foyer looked more like a discount convenience store. There was also no toilet brush in the room.
