Just ok

This Hotel is located in the perfect Location for our Visit. It's close to the fields we played at and surrounded by amazing food and stores. The pool is large and always pretty empty. Our daughters play in the pool for hours and have really enjoyed it. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very ice welcome bag that had waters and treats for our girls. For Breakfast they have these Mini Waffle makers with cool toppings that our girls loved.

This is now the 2nd or 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and we have had weird issues every single time. our last stay was met with a horrific hallway smell that forced us to run to our rooms off the elevator to limit exposure to this smell, and this time our room was totally infested with ants. They were literally everywhere. When we had expressed our concerns about this, we were met with staff comments like "they're just ants" and "it's ant season" which was really upsetting given we had just bought food and within moments it was swarmed with ants. We were eventually relocated once they had a room available and offered a small monetary reimbursement which is definitely a nice sentiment, which just felt more reactionary than anything because of how rude we were treated when we had initially mentioned our issues. I can't see a reason why we would ever come back to this specific Hotel again, there are way too many options in that area to take a chance there again.

Acceptable for a one or two night stay. Relaively clean and comfortable.

Needed to use elevator to get to room but it was quite a distance from the front desk and handicap parking. I tried to park closer to door leading to elevator as staff suggested but the lot was full so had to use handicap slot near front door. This may seem minor to some but when walking is painful than it becomes an issue. A General question from me is why are all the HH toilets so low to the ground? A lot of people need a higher one or bars to assist in getting up from a very short one.

The smell of the detergent ( or not enough detergent) rendered the smell of towels and sheets a bit musty or totally clean

had first floor room right off lobby so was busy area and little louder than i would have liked. also staying two straight weekends here and paying $50 more on first weekend over second for same room

It was a place to put my head down, but the bed was like sleeping on a box spring.

Didn't like much, short walk to the bar

Bed was one of the worst hotel beds I ever stayed in. Spa tub was in bathroom, not in bedroom as I thought from the pictures. Breakfast was not included in my booking.co reservation. Room was across the hall from the steps and all we heard was the Dorr clicking open and closed all night. Back out curtains don't block ligh being shown into room from parking lots next door.

would opt for a different location next time

clean property. most staff very friendly. Bedding was clean and smelled great.

property is dated. beds need an upgrade. the blankets our extremely heavy, like a weighted blanket. Television was fairly small compared to other hotels in same price range. could definitely use updated furniture and beds. kept getting woke up by other guest room doors slamming.

I'd rather of Slept in my Car

The size of our room. We booked non-smoking 2 queen beds, decently sized for two adults two young children.

Hotel Manager & Hotel Staff at check where extremely ignorant to both my husband and myself. Hotel manager was also rude to two other guests checking in right before us. Almost every towel we had had yellow stains, the one comforter had stains all over it. Bathroom floor looked like it had not been swept in weeks. Asked for extra blankets, we were denied. I asked for a receipt at checkout, you would've thought I was asking the hotel staff to use the last piece of paper in the world as she was irritated she had to print out the receipt. Breakfast was cold (hot food). Room even with air on was musty and humid.

Convenient, quiet

They stress no smoking, however, when walking in and out of the we were bombarded by smokers, filthy ashtray, burning cigarettes. Move the smoking area away from the building. Also, the refrigerator didn't keep anything cold.
