Gute Lage aber sonst...

Das Hotel befindet sich 5 Gehminuten von der Fisherman's Warf. Eigene Parkgarage vorhanden

Valetparking kostet 70$/Nacht für Gäste. Keine Cinnamon-Roll's zum Frühstück, obwohl das Hotel damit wirbt. Fahrstühle waren ausser Betrieb und der Lastenaufzug musste benutzt werden. Zimmerpreis ist sehr hoch. Frühstücksraum ist zu klein für die Grösse des Hotels. Das Frühstück ist spärlich und die 24h Kaffeetheke meistens leer.

Location and breakfast selection

My $50 deposit was never refunded even though we left the room immaculate. There was also an elevator down and it took them 4 days to realize they need to point out a staircase for guest to use because people were waiting over 20 minutes to get into their rooms.

the location was perfect, near the Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. You can easily visit main tourist' places with buses and trams. The room was tidy and clean. Breakfast was fine as it is served with typical continental breakfast menus.

Nothing. Although it was a bit expensive, I think most hotels near the Fisherman's Wharf are relatively expensive compared to those in downtown San Francisco.

San Francisco by the Fisherman's Wharf

Location was great. It allows you to walk to Pier 39, Alcatraz City Cruises, Sausalito Ferry, Lombard crookedest street, etc. Breakfast was welcomed. Rooms are super clean. Coffee and cold water are always available at the lobby. Many places to eat nearby (mexican, thai, italian, fast food). TIP: Make sure you get an old fashioned hamburger + fries at In-N-Out

זרם מים מוגבל , חניה בתשלום בסכום מופקע של 72 דולר !!! התבקשנו לשלם 40 דולר בעבור קבלת החדר שעתיים לפני הזמן. כשעזבנו 3 שעות לפני הזמן לא הציעו לנו החזר. מאכזב שהחדר מוכן לפני הזמן ולא ניתן לנו ללא עלות נוספת, יש מקום לשיפור ברמת הניקיון. ארוחת בוקר לא מגוונת, לא כוללת ירקות ולא משתנה מיום ליום.

My son lost purse but it was returned We couldn’t have time to have breakfast because we took Yosemite tour. The stuff prepared us some food ( muffins and fruits).

If there’s washing machine, It would be better.

booking was easy, staff was very helpful upon arrival. Valet was excellent and very quick to get our car all hours and night. Breakfast was delicious. Our rooms were clean. We were all very happy.

Overall experience was good, and can still improve on those points above.

I think the breakfast options were under expectations. Also, there were no blankets in the room, and the air conditioner was too noisy to be left on during the night (noise of scratching fan), so I was a bit cold.

There should be more breakfast options. Rooms should have extra blankets and/or air conditioner should be more silent.
