The fee of parking lot

I just let them know if they wanna charge the fee of parking lot they have to show exactly the fee on their topic of booking. Don’t cheat the customer out of fee parking lot after we come to check-in. The staff tell me they almost include the fee parking on my total bill is $399.29 plus tax and we don’t need to pay anything fee. but when we check the bank I saw they withdraw is $444.29. I come to asked them why they charge over and then they said they will refund that money after we check -out. when we check-out and left for couple days they still charge me the same price is $444.29. What??? Im really confused for the fee. Are they include or not include on my total bill. Im willing to pay for that fee but I just want them to be honest.

Disappointed

I like to location, the front desk people , and the building it self was nice

As much as I like your hotel , location, it personal or employee from the people at front desk and the cleaning team I have to say my stay was terrible and I will no stay at this hotel anymore because the smell of pee is terrible, you can not even sleep, they change us twice for a different room and the result was the same . As much I love dogs , I have 2 myself , is no way you can have rooms with carpet if you want dogs , the pee smell doesn’t go away by cleaning the stain , there is nothing you can do . I will suggest to have floors with no carpet and keep rooms free pets for people like me

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were clean and crispy. The room was clean and comfortable.

There were gnats in my room. There were flies in the main hallway. The furniture needs updating; some parts of the furniture had scratches and just well used.

Beautiful, clean place for family and friends.

The room was great, I enjoyed the stay, the room was clean, and it was my first time here. I would like to start staying here instead of where I normally stay (Galveston Beach Hotel). I think I overlook this one because its pricier.

I don't have any complaints. We enjoyed our stay. Maybe next time we will stay longer and have a better review to give. For the 1 night stay we have ZERO complaints. Thank you.

No me gusto, mala calidad y alto precio!!

El desayuno estuvo muy bien, lastimosamente no habian sufientes sillas ni mesas, pero la comida muy buena!!

Las camas estaban viejas, aguadas y las sabanas sucias, el sofá inservible y sucio, no apto para dormir ahi, en la ducha se encharcaba de agua por la suciedad en el desague, esta en muy buena ubicación, pero muy malos mubles y limpieza

Overall had a pleasant stay for the couple of days we were there.

Overall the property was clean and the room was kept up. The location was nice and close to shopping if necessary and plenty of locations to dine within walking distance.

The water pressure in the shower was weak and the shower head was in need of replacement. There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom to remove steam from showering. The doors to the lanai needed to be re-aligned to close properly. The outside traffic noise was very loud with the doors and windows closed.

Superb

Nice room and great location! Right next to Walmart and across from the beach. For the most part the full hot breakfast was great!

It's pointless to upgrade and get a balcony room if you want to see the beach. Balcony rooms face the Walmart parking lot, so you'll get a good view of that! For Breakfast, the eggs were over cooked and tasted like rubber.

Desk clerk was very pleasant.

"Parking Garage" was a joke. There were only a handful of spots to park. Additional parking was available in the back of the building, but it did not feel secure and looked run down.

The bed was amazing, the bathroom was great with my walker and all. The staff was gorgeous, with there smile everywhere, welll almost every where..lol Breakfast was simpley enjoyable, variety in every direction. Make your own waffle to cereal, yogurt 😋 fruit, eggs, bacon, bangle with cream cheese and a little jelly....Yummy. see y'all in the funny papers...

No bar, no pool, no restaurant, NO ISSUES . More staff at front desk. No ramp to walk down to get to the beach.

I would only stay here again if the renovations were completed.

Good location and the rooms were quiet. The pool area was really clean and so liked the music that was playing.

Renovations were being done so it wasn’t as attractive as I am sure it will be in the future. Our room wasn’t cleaned after the first night and we didn’t receive clean towels. The person checking us in never smiled.

Would not stay there again.

Basic setup of room. The sofa faces the foot of the bed. No plastic cups provided. Very basic cable tv (not connected to the internet so no closed captions). Ai conditioner very noisy. Curtains wouldn’t work properly, had to reach up to curtain rods to manually open and close.

It was just ok. I wouldn’t select this property again.

Good breakfast and the hotel was close to the beach and other important places.

Property is going through renovations so there was construction going on. Also the room was not completely furnished. Only 2 crappy lamps, no wall mirror. Bath vanity was worn, water pressure in the sink was lacking.

There was only 1 room ready when i checked in and i am glad i took that one (under protest)

Bed was hard., pillows were not crisp amd fresh smelling. pillows smelled of body odor. balcony door didnt lock. balcony overlooked parking lots. breakfast was fine. parking is an additional cost, no exceptions.

Cleaner beds and linens for one. Address the safety of rooms
