This property was very good for what I needed; location, price, amenities, and parking.

I was completely satisfied with my room, the breakfast, and the workout facility. The staff was nice, and parking was free!!!

Friendly and free parking

They are so helpful, they had a fridge and free parking was a plus. Also right next to the Minnesota college stadium.

Needed better cleaning. The tub was still dirty and the toilet too. No microwave.

It was very disappointing!

I like that the bed was comfortable, parking was included & breakfast.

The bathroom shower/ tub was dirty looking & falling apart wallpaper. The carpet felt gross if you were in bare feet. The hallway smell like a dirty cat box & there was plug ins to try and hide it.

I am already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

It’s quiet and tucked down by the university. Therefore it’s not in a busy area and is easier to get to.

Staff was great. Management and facilities were way below standards.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Everthing else did not meet even the minimum standards for a Hotel.

Staff was great but management sucked. No management on site always away when at front desk. I reserved a Double bed corporate suite, and my room was given to someone else. As a result, when I checked in, they only had a single room available. I am a business traveler but, on this occasion, it was personal with my family. Room had dirty sheets on them. It was a long drive from Chicago and then I had to sleep on the floor. I still paid full price for the room of two beds when promised a credit. Not happy I will never stay at this hotel on our stays in Minneapolis ever again business or personal.

Decent hotel, the breakfast wasn’t bad.

Room definitely needed a renovation.

I like dome of the staff that are there they are courteous and pleasant. I like that there are facilities there to accommodate you if you need to wash clothes, or look up information on a computer for the guest

That there was a mess on my chair in my room, and it does get a little hot due to not being able to air out your room by opening the window

Put some money into renovating and upgrading.

Great location for Campus events

Furniture in rooms need upgrades. The desk chairs need to be replaced- - beat up and wornout. Room smelled musty. Shower had poor water pressure.

I expected a lot better for $350 dollars.

The staff was friendly.

Many things, the bath tub was cracked. The shower sprayer was on its last legs. The toilet wouldn’t flush. I paid $350 to hear dogs bark all night. There was garbage in the hallway. The breakfast was very minimal. The elevator was sketchy and had graffiti in it. The room was super small for the price. That was the first and last time I will be staying at the Days Hotel.

Pleasant stay at a reasonably priced hotel with excellent proximity to the University of Minnesota.

I chose the hotel mainly for the close proximity to University of Minnesota namely the hockey rink.

Room was a little dated but it was clean.

Enjoyed a clean room, hot shower and quiet stay. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and had a nice clean and fresh smell. Good location near University of Minnesota sports facilities. Good parking.

Great Stay and Nice Price

The Hotel and Facilities were all modernly simple and clean. The location is excellent if you need to stay near the UM stadium for any game. The breakfast was very good and the scrambled eggs were nice and fluffy. The room was simple but comfortable with basic anemities and simplistic.

Since I didn't stay too long I can't say I saw something wrong. Everytging was organized, clean and well proper. Only thing that I could say I didn't like was the parking, which since it was winter, wasn't too plowded and it was confusing to navigate without signs to show traffic directions.

Met expectations and location was perfect for the event we had come to the metro for.

Staff were very courteous and helpful! Bed was VERY comfortable. Staff provided me with extra blanket upon request. We felt safe and secure. Thank you!

Only real problem was poor wifi service. But otherwise it was a great stay for our budget. Thank you!!!!!

Stay was okay. But considering their price, It is too expensive for it’s facilities.

The bed was comfortable.

The small bathroom and it is not properly maintained. Breakfast has very limited options.

The best and cheapest option for a U of M appointment!

I didn't see any sign of uncleanness and the gentleman who checked us in was getting the door for us, slightly chatty, smiled a lot, and out of his way helpful.

The vending machines only took ones, not cards or 5s, I don't like having to use my card to get into the hotel, my pillows were a little firm(however, after falling asleep, I never noticed again), and we would have liked a pool/hot tub.
