Perfect place to stay while visiting Disneyland

Loved the ability to walk to Disneyland. The free breakfast and the gift shop with essentials.. Very comfortable large rooms. Friendly staff!!

We did love the pool and hot tub.. I was very disappointed in no deep end as I love to actually swim in deep water.

We enjoyed the proximity to the Mickey and Friends parking structure, and the pool was nice for the warm days.

The beds were comfortable, the location was nice. I liked that we were close to the parking lot. Splash pad and pool were perfect.

Everything was excellent

Spa and pool time. Breakfast buffet style plus all of your needs placed on the table. The waiter was awesome he took care of all of our needs. The check in people were always available and ready to take care of all of your needs every was great and thank you so very much

The staff was great

We were on a generator because the power had gone out. Your staff said we could cancel but how would that helped me and my family of 8. It would have been extremely inconvenient to try to find a hotel at the moment. We needed to wait for security for him to create a key for us and we had to wait in line. This was not a short line. We had angry guests and it was very uncomfortable. We also didn’t have AC so that made the rooms very stuffy and uncomfortable. Our family was going to Disneyland the next day so we just dealt with it. Your staff never offered any upgrades, discounts or credits which was very disappointing. I’d like some kind of compensation for our inconvenience.

Pleasant, but better food would have made it far better

Beds were very comfortable. Room nice.

Pool being upgraded. Location not as close as I thought to Disneyland entrance (needed uber rides back and forth). Limited shop facilities nearby. Food in dining room was terrible.

Awesome location and room service was amazing.

Finding out the shuttles were not free of service to Disneyland park at my checkin. Through the advertisements and description of the hotel I thought they were. And until a week before I checked in I thought the pool was set to reopen the day of my arrival. That’s not their fault, just unfortunate.

Would recommend to anyone visiting Disneyland.

Perfect for Disney as could walk to the parks in 10 to 15 mins.

Room was quite small compared to other holiday inns. Fridge was noisy which we had to unplug.

We paid for spa, pool services that were down for renovations and only received a refund when we inquired about the charges without the availability of the services due to renovations. We were also charged for parking for each day. Unfortunately, no offer to compensate us for the extra services was given. The reason why we reserved an extra day was because after 2 days of Disneyland we planned for a 'spa' day only learning that these services were no available on the day of check in.

Our trip to Disneyland park!

The hotel's staff charged for breakfast and amenities although I ordered a room with breakfast for all family members. They were really not trying to help and without any sympathy for the situation. Booking.com policy does not mention amenities fees as part of the booking's p; policy (they do mention it somewhere else but not as part of the policies section). I am really disappointed with how Booknig.com handled the situation. Here are the policies of my booking, nowhere do they mention amenities, just in another section of 'important information'. Policies of this resort Groups When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. 1 x "Queen Room with Two Queen Beds" Cancellation: If you cancel after the reservation, the cancellation fee will be the cost of the first night. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee. How to cancel: You can use the link in the confirmation email to cancel your booking Taxes and service charges: 15 % TAX is included. 2 % City tax is included. 0.20 % Tourism fee is included. Children & Beds Child policies Children of all ages are welcome. Children 18 and above are considered adults at this property. Crib and extra bed policies No cribs or extra beds are available.

Overall I really enjoyed it.

It was an easy walk to Disneyland park.

The location was great, but I would likely not stay there again with their extra, hidden fees.

We loved the location. It was close enough to the park that we could walk and be at the gate in about 15 minutes. The walk was quiet and beautiful, which was so nice after being in the crowded park all day long.

When we arrived the receptionist informed us that there would be an additional $25 amenity fee per day for the pool, hot tub and exercise room. We thought that was odd since we have never paid that additional fee at any other hotel before, but reluctantly agreed. After our first day we were excited to sit in the hot tub, but then were hugely disappointed when we got down to the pool to find a note posted informing guests that the heater for the pool and hot tub were both broken, therefore both were not being heated. Guests were free to use either one, but both were freezing! I asked the front desk about how long it had been broken and when they would be fixing it. She said that the heaters had gone out two days before and that they were hoping to get someone out there to fix it within the next few days. I asked if we could be refunded our amenity fee since we would not be able to us the hot tub or pool during our stay and she refused. The next day I asked the maintenance worker the same question about the timing of the heaters breaking and the timeline for the repairs and was very surprised by his answer. He informed us that they had been broken for a while now and that the repairs were dependent on the hotel owners giving them permission to pay for the repairs. He made it sound like this is/has been an ongoing issue. It seems like the front desk has been trained to pretend like it just happened. It was really sad to say the least.
