It was awful.

There was nothing good and I have contacted corporate

It was extremely cold in the lobby. Which meant the eating area was super cold too we didn’t even have breakfast the second day because no one wanted cold food. Also we couldn’t swim because the water was too cold. The shower broke during a shower and they let non handicapped people park in handicapped when we needed the space! There was mold in the bathrooms and it was all around dirty cold and dingy. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Comfortable bed

The property was old; run down and dirty.. I was nervous parking overnight for fear of a possible break in.. Many sketchy types in and out of the bldg . Prostitutes, etc

There were ants in the room, bathroom door had to be slammed shut in order to close, the breakfast was very limited and not the best.

I’m sorry but I won’t stay there again!

That it was literally a walking distance if need be from our main destination!

Walking into our room it smelled like cigarettes, plus the bathroom was not that clean! The A.C. was very loud, so much that you couldn’t hear the tv and if you turned up the tv too much someone would complain about noise! The towels were very rough and not that white. One morning the ladies that clean tried to come in without even knocking! I got very upset and still wondered if someone entered my room without me knowing? I’m not comfortable with that at all!

Unsanitary and noisy.

Has potential to be a nice hotel

I reserved for a 1 King bed and got 2 Queen beds. I also went in for a shower and found a used wet wash cloth in the bathroom. The towels didn’t looked restocked. But the towels were also thin and small and rough. The pool view was also right outside my room so the kids at night were loud.

Not worth the price.

We were given a room which overlooked the front lobby entrance; this was very noisy, with distruptions into the 2 AM timeframe. I would have preferred to know that the unit was under renovation; I would not have booked there. Upon arrival and checkin, I wasn't sure if I was at the right hotel or not as there was no signage. It wasn't until I noticed the front-desk staff wearing Wingate-logged clothing. The electrical outlets at the window-side bed should have been working. The staff could have had a far better understanding of English.

Glad to have a roof over our heads while we were in town, but NEVER AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I liked the small bathroom. The desk set was nice & the lamps.

We were in a room that was in a corner, with a window that looked out to the lobby. Who wants to look at the lobby from their room?? Then you had animals in the hotel. It took over an hour for the air conditioner to really kick in. The bed was very uncomfortable for the both of us.

I'm thankful the morning staff was nicer than the evening staff. And that the woman working gave me

Nothing went well. I got there late to check in. And the guy asked me if I already booked and paid I said yes. Then he just played on his computer. And I waited... and waited.... and waited.. while he did stuff on his computer and finally I said something to him. I said, CAN YOU NOT FIND ME? ID LIKE TO CHECK IN INSTEAD OF STAND HERE ALL NIGHT IN SILENCE WHILE I WATCH YOU ON THE COMPUTER. he said yes I just found you we need your card. We won't charge you again. We just need your card. Okay I give him my card. He checks me in. I get up to my room and I get a text message from my bank that I was just charged again for the room.

Everything. The building is filthy. The floors are dirty. No-one vacuums. The doors and broken. USB outlets don't work inside the rooms. There's a dirty brown substance down the walls on the 3rd floor. 🤮 The furniture was dirty inside the room and no-one would come to clean it.

Extremely dissatisfying and would never ever recommend

The breakfast was as little as they had to do to be able to say they provide breakfast. It was over cooked and they took all the food away exactly at 9am. Plus I felt like they stood there and watched you. It was weird

They were under construction so there was no bar available which they state is provided. The first room we were given the air did not work and they wanted us to stay in it and try to see if it was fixed. It was 86. They gave us a different room after I told them to and it was on the second floor with no working elevator and my friend uses a cane! We were two women and they expected us to carry all our luggage upstairs with someone who uses a cane. The towels were gross and way over used, barely threads. We never saw a cleaning crew in the two days we were there. I have never stayed anywhere so bad and we travel a lot. We should have received a compensation but of course they never offered. Very gross place

There was a drug dealer dealing all night long across the hall from us. We discovered that our door didn’t lock - not the regular lock and not the deadbolt. Unbeknownst to us until late the second day we were completing exposed to anyone walking in on us

The bed sheets had brown stains, and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. In addition, the staff was very rude. The entire hotel is terrible.

we will never go back and since I’m a travel agent I won’t be recommeding this hotel company to my clients or colleagues

nothing at all

the front desk made me pay for service animal. they booked us in a room that was supposed to be vacant. twice different occasions people (workers) tried to use a key to get in our room. it was filthy. unclean. we didn’t even shower there it was so gross.

It should not be open to public until construction completed and pass by all inspection, especially mechanical— ventilat

close to free way.

Place is not clean. when arrive out side, many windows blinds torn down, bad signs. floor dirty, no heat, unfriendly staff. was told the under construction but ventilation not working. Very bad for people with asthma or allergies. Not worth the price.
