It was a good experience

Ease check in and out. Staff were very nice. My privacy was respected. Great service at the breakfast time( even though the last day no one came to set it.

Even thought I asked for non smoking it smelled weird like old cigarettes. And that the room Didn’t have a refrigerator or Microwave for my own personal use.

Kept taking deposit from me

They have $300 of my money and won't return it to me. I will be contacting my attorney for the money to be returned

The front desk manager was good. The parking lot always had a good spot for me.

A lot a bit of everything. My key kept not working to my room and it wasn’t near my phone.

Stay somewhere else until they get this place up and running

The pirce was unbeatable for the area and time of year

The place was "under renovation" but in the week that I stayed their no builder set foot on site. No breakfast was available. No turndown service was available and the few customers I saw during my stay were sketchy to say the least.

There were roaches. We couldn't even complete our stay. They said a refund would be given, but they are prolonging it. It sucks because my family and I loved our past stays here. Unfortunately, once we see a roach, that's it for us. Hoping I get my refund.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was more affordable than staying in Atlantic City and the area around the hotel was well developed. So provided easy access to places to shop and eat.

The hotel was clearly under renovation and/or struggling. The parking lot was deteriorated and not well maintained. The TV did not work in our first room. The A/C did not work in the room they switched us too. There was a mouse trap by the night stand and it advertised as having breakfast. There was no breakfast.

the 1st room wasn’t clean so they moved me to another room. some random staff member walked into my room unannounced. also my key got deactivated 3 times and barely even worked on the doors. also the elevators were sketchy

The room was spacious enough, clean enough and good customer service was given. We needed clean towels at night which was no problem and we were helped by the receptionist to find our way back to Atlantic City by bus. Breakfast to go: it is what it is, but the minimum that the hotel provides is sufficient.

The distance between Atlantic City Bus Terminal and the hotel by public transportation is a challenge when it comes to travelling. Taxi is expensive. Bus 508 is the number, though the bus drivers themselves were not able to guide us correctly...
