Mon expérience avec cet hôtel est assez triste et frustrante. A l’arrivée lors du check Inn, on m’annonce que la piscine est fermée, faute de surveillant. Or j’avais pris cet hôtel spécialement pour celle-ci. Première frustration. Je me dis que je pourrais y aller le lendemain. Pas de chance, celle-ci ne rouvre que à partir de 14h. Or nous devons quitter la chambre pour 11h. Deuxième frustration. Bien que l’on ne m’ait pas compté le parking (20$, très cher), j’aurais préféré payer celui-ci et profiter de la piscine. Ensuite, croyant que le petit-déjeuner était inclus, l’interprétation lors de la réservation étant confuse, on m’explique que non. Le prix de celui-ci étant de 22$, c’est prohibitif. Ma fille et moi avons trouvé pour le même prix deux petits déjeuners, un peu plus loin dans cette ville. De plus en arrivant, nous remarquons que des travaux sont en cours. Je n’ai rien contre, mais ceci n’étant pas mentionné lors de la réservation, c’est ennuyant. Car nous avons payé le même prix que quelqu’un qui vient, sans qu’il y ait des travaux. Il est clair que si cela avait été mentionné sur le site, je ne serais pas allé dans cet hôtel. Pour terminer, lors de notre enregistrement, il n’y avait pas de personnel qui parle l’une de notre langue, du pays d’où nous venons. Pourtant c’est spécifié et renseigné. Je vous fais cette remarque car je m’étais fait la réflexion il y a quelque temps, que quand des touristes américains viennent en Europe, ils ne se posent pas la question s’ils peuvent parler pour s’adresser au personnel, dans leurs langues maternelles. Donc je me suis dit que je pouvais faire la même chose. Eh bien pas du tout. Aucun n’a eu la politesse de s’adresser à nous dans notre langue. En vous faisant remarquer, que vous êtes un hôtel international, au vu des nombreux drapeaux devant votre établissement. Donc il y a une légère contradiction quelque part.

Over priced but convenient

The hotel room was comfortable and the lobby space was engaging. The view from my room overlooking the area was beautiful.

There was an opened bottle of water in my room indicating that it had not been cleaned thoroughly.

It was fine just didn’t like all the hidden fees. We will not stay there again

It was clean and conveniently located for our needs

Parking not included, had to pay $20 to park. After checking out, I noticed another fee for $24. I believe they called a destination fee when I called, they told me that fee covers the waters in our refrigerator, access to the pool. All things that are included in any other hotel, and ever stayed in as well as parking.

Only because it’s convenient!

We stay here only because we are a mile away from family. Otherwise, I would stay somewhere else.

Old facilities. Wallpaper is pulling apart and the shower has mold in the grout. This is unacceptable at $600 for two nights with valet parking. The bed was horrible. You could see where people slept by the wear mark on the headboard. Time to clean up the rooms and refresh!

This stay was convenient for my family gathering and to meet with friends, but I would not return.

The location was perfect for our needs, and the catering was perfect for our family gathering. We appreciated all that James Cosentino did to make our family gathering wonderful. Check and out was easy and the bar and lobby were comfortable.

The room felt very small, the door to the bathroom stuck, there were weird marks like rain or water on the walls of the room behind the TV, the remote did not work and I had to ask for a new one to turn the tv on, the clock radio was very staticky, the mattress was too soft on one side (meaning it needs to be replaced). The prices at the restaurant were very high, the restaurant needs to be upgraded as well. And my parents accessible room bathroom shower continually flooded the floor of the room. The drain may need to be fixed and their bathroom door did not close correctly -- there were marks on the edge of the door to so that it has gotten stuck in the past. For the price paid, this hotel really needs to upgrade all of the rooms. I know its an older building, but you really need to either lower the prices or improve the visitor stay by upgrading the rooms and dining area.

Pleasant

Rooms were well sized, but dated. Staff were friendly and courteous. Close to local attractions. If my flight was canceled again and I was stuck in White Plains, I'd probably stay here again. Not bad, but not great. <3

Room decor was dated. Bar and breakfast were too pricey for the overall feel of the hotel. Room coffee maker was disgusting with a frothy white film that appeared after pouring water into it- Don't use. <3

Convenient location. Fast check-in and check-out. Nice restaurant, lounge and bar.

The actual room did not match the photo or the square footage of the room that I selected online when making the reservation. The room service was not available. I called approx 9pm and no one answered the room service phone. I was sent to a voice Mail and then the recording stated the mailbox was full and could not leave a message at all. Valets were polite and courteous but very slow.
