Breakfast was pretty good. Wish there could’ve been a couple more simple offerings.

There was nothing not to like. A more finicky person would say that the room was a little “dated.” But the couch was comfortable and the bed very comfortable.

The amount of space and the two bedrooms are so amazing to accommodate a large group it’s really nice and affordable.

Needs to be properly inspected more often due to the a lot of people bring their children/teens and they tend to damage things

Lack of cleanliness only this time.. The curtains were dirty and the ottoman was broken

Comfortable for a several day stay.

Breakfast was good. Living room furniture was dated and had small holes. We needed a handicapped bathroom and one wasn't available. The kitchen was well equipped.

Running the gauntlet with the housekeeping staff every time we left. My mother had a walker. They were very nice about it.

Beautiful location, cheap, plenty of room!

Where it was located. Not very busy. Very cheap for such a large space. Clean. Friendly staff. Large free breakfast.

Pool was down for maintenance. Toilet paper was really bad.

I met the cutest employee that snuck into my room during his shift we had a blast

the hotel is in a great location and the staff is friendly. the pool and exercise room are also nice

Great location with plenty of room to spread out. The hotel was pet friendly too! I loved the kitchenette and the full size fridge.

the bed in the pull out sofa is VERY uncomfortable. I would recommend to either bring a blow up mattress or just sleep on the couch and not pull out the sofa bed.

absolute waste of money

we arrived 130 am get into the room and take a shower and found pubic hairs on the shower curtain then pull back blankets and sheet to find what appears to be a menstrual blood stain on the bottom sheet then find trash was not emptied and floor was dirty also dirty dishes in dishwasher so clearly the room was not cleaned after last guest stayed all they did was pull the covers back on the bed and called it good also toilet seat has to be held up so we went to the desk and got a different room well this room at least had clean sheets but the room was extremely dusty and the shampoo and conditioner was completely empty and again the toilet seat has to be held up and the toilet barely flushes the floor had a few pieces of trash aside from the room every exit sign in the halls are very low to the ground and all you see on them is very thick dust every picture frame and pretty much any flat surface in the halls were covered with dust, every lamp shade in the halls is covered with dust and cobwebs, the elevator had nasty stuff on the walls and floor,in the pool room there is algae and mold, in the breakfast area everything is dusty and there are cobwebs on vents and in corners, breakfast options are very minimal I have stayed at much cheaper hotels that were a lot cleaner and had a better breakfast selection I have also stayed at other staybridges and they were better maintained this place is disgusting and is very unhealthy especially for someone with allergies

The room overall and the queen beds especially. Very comfy!

The fold out wasn’t all the way clean. There was a lot of dog hair and debris and the sheets weren’t clean. We weren’t able to use it.

It was really short…not safe…scary other people staying there. I left. Don’t stay at this hotel.

A massive number of “Romanian Gypsies” (I’m not kidding) in the rooms and halls smoking and yelling. There were 20 men in the room across the hall from me. I got the heck out of there.

i arrived went to my room immediately turned on the ice machine .saw white dry stains everywhere so I started cleaning ,

leaving was the best part.

1.Stove didn’t work properly took 2 hours to heat up water in pot. 2. water out of faucet came out powder white . 3.key cards kept not working 4. the air quality was nauseating. 5 . had to clean my own room their were dried white stains on the sitting furniture . 6. ice machine in fridge didn’t work waited a whole 24 hours not one cube .

We will definitely come back to this facility when we're in town.

The breakfast was exceptional. Room was great. Location was only 5 minutes from my Grandson and a short distance to the naval base where our Grandson is stationed. We came for his pinning as an officer

Room was very comfortable, and had more amenities than expected. Bathroom could be improved.

I stayed in a queen studio suite, the room had more than I expected. It had a kitchenette with a stove and full sized fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The bathroom could have been better. The shower curtain did not close all the way so water went all over the bathroom. The shower head was slightly broken and kind of sprayed water in all directions. I found a few long hairs in the towels (the hairs were definitely not mine because I have short hair). At check-in I was charged $30 and I’m not sure why, I asked for a receipt and was told that they could not give me a receipt. The employee said the $30 fee will be refunded after the stay but I have yet to receive the refund.

decent hotel in a great location!

this hotel is in a great location! there are a lot of great malls, restaurants, and entertainment within 10-20 miles each way! We will definitely be staying here for our getaways! Also, there is a great breakfast buffet and room service!

The outside door near our room didn't lock, making safety a concern. This is also an animal-friendly hotel so the hair can be problematic

I liked how attentive the staff was.. They was fast on request and very polite.

Thought the rooms could of had more towel and clothes. Also think the rooms could have been more clean.
