Ubicación conveniente y el personal que atiende en el réstala desayuno.

Las instalaciones están muy antiguas y descuidadas, el calefactor sonaba muy fuerte y la puerta tenía una luz muy grande por debajo y tuve que poner una toalla, la habitación es muy oscura y no limpian a diario por “sostenibilidad”

First room had an in wall ac unit that was just hanging off the wall. It’s winter in Chicago, so cold air was just rushing into the room. Second room was better. Pool had to be evacuated due to a biohazard situation, might be related to the sewage smell that filled the entire atrium. Doors to rooms that were clearly kicked in before were not replaced. The fire doors were very sticky and could be a safety hazard. The bathroom door in the second room clearly had massive water damage and had paint and door fibers bubbling. For about half hour at about 10pm someone had their car stereo blasting in the main driveway where people park to check in. My room was shaking and it kept my kid up. In general this hotel has an ownership not caring issue. Maintenance is in dire need. Would never stay there again and makes me question staying at a holiday in if this is considered acceptable.

It was just a little disappointing

The beds were nice, the location was great, the staff was mostly great

Our bathroom was very dirty when we got there. We had to call and ask for it to be cleaned again. The lady that cleaned the bathroom was very rude and acted like it was a bother to clean the bathroom. It was very off putting. She made me honestly not want to stay there but I had already paid for the room and couldn’t get a refund.

Only one working elevator. Doors on convention side broken from the outside. Loud guests in next room both nights which caused lack of sleep. It was brought to the attention of staff and they did try to take care of it, but guests continued to be disruptive.

The beds were comfortable and I was not woken up by random noises

The room was in disrepair, there were 2 holes in the wall, the light in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling, the toilet and toilet seat were loose and had to be fixed at check in, the faucet in the bathroom leaked and the hideaway bed had crumbs hair and hair ties on it. I voiced concern to the front desk staff on our first night about the hideaway and was assured housekeeping would take care of it. The next day house keeping came in and cleaned the whole room with the exception of the hideaway. We mentioned it to the desk staff again. Again we were assured the issue would be resolved. The next morning we stripped the bed and left it out for the housekeepers. Upon our return again the bed was not cleaned. 3 nights at the hotel and they couldn't clean a mattress. The hotel also only had 1 working hydraulic elevator which means at times you had to wait up to 10 minutes for the elevator to reach you.

When we arrived our room was dirty, the blankets were filthy, we changed rooms and there were stains in the bathroom. the pool was FREEZING and the breakfast buffet there were gnats all over the food. I am never staying here again

your employees need a bit more professionalism when we arrive to check in you had no key card so we had to wait until you could get more key cards so we can get into our room. When we arrive for breakfast the next morning you ran out of food we had to wait for more food to be made and for 1995 for the food you put out was not worth it I had one choice of a drink orange juice. What about some water? What about coffee? What about milk price should be $9.95 for what was out there. Maybe you should have a waitress in a menu to order off of. Also, your elevators were not working properly. My seven-year-old grandson got caught in it and it took him down a flight where he was hysterical. Now is the fear of elevators. The lights on the buttons did not work we did not even know what numbers were punched and stopped at, there were no towels by the pool again your employees need a lot of talking and educating.

I wish I would have known how bad this place had gotten over the last 2 years. Would not have stayed

Breakfast was terrible! Hash browns were cold, sausage tasted old. Not enough drink options… def not worth 19.95 pp…

The rooms were cold and the walls were damaged near the windows. I could here our neighbors clear as day… the pool was filled with mold. And moldy ceiling tiles dripping into the pool as well!!! Yuk!!!

I can confidentially say that I would not recommend this hotel.

The beds were comfy and the location was great.

From the busted up doors to the paper-thin walls, the malfunctioning key cards to the abandoned pool, this hotel looked like it might have been the crown jewel back in its day, but now those days are long gone. We were denied breakfast one morning because we were told that we didn't "reserve breakfast" when we originally booked the room. When asking the hostess where that option would have been located, not even she knew where you would select that option. No room service, terrible lighting, and broken elevator buttons were just the first red flags in a sea of red. I can confidentially say that I would not recommend this hotel.
