My daughter got in late after a drive from Nashville and the sheets were dirty and bed was smaller than a queen size I paid for.

Looked really nice and good location

Nothing really to complain about. I meant to try the pool and hot tub but never had the chance. The night I came down I didn’t sleep so I just passed out as soon as I got there. But obviously not your fault haha

poor service, one front desk person was rude, room was not cleaned nor towels changed even though there was no DND on the door when we went out of the hotel. Had to request clean towels when we returned to the hotel. enjoyed the pool though.

Although a good value there were a couple of issues we did not expect

The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom lighting is good and water pressure in the shower was great.

As soon as we walked into the room it reeked of cigarette. We were assigned a room with an adjoining door. I could hear the person in the next room who was coughing all evening and ALL NIGHT LONG. In the shower, the shower curtain does not fully close so there was water on the floor and the vent cannot keep up with the steam. The bathroom floor, walls, counter tops are very wet and the mirror is fogged up. Please re-evaluate your shower curtains and vent.

The restaurant did not have a current liquor license and this was not advertised and that is the main amenity that I search for is does the hotel have a bar.

Good

The rooms and halls were quiet. The showers were easy to use and had lots of storage surfaces. There was lots of available lighting in the rooms. We were always greeted by staff.

The hotel van made parking in the handicap accessible spots difficult if any other patrons were parked by the doors, as well.

Wished it could have been so much better! :(

Proximity to food and convenience.

Amenities all old, room service no longer available, breakfast was not good. Just nothing to be excited about. Building seems very old since I was last there and a lot of the services that were available then were not now.

The room is clean.

They don't include the breakfast in the pricing. You pay $250 dollars a fare to realize you have to pay more than $70 to your family and have a mediocre breakfast. For that price you can have a better room, in a better place, with breakfast included. They made me out of fool. Once.

Disappointing

I booked for 1 room with 2 queen bed But when I check in they give me room with only1 queen bed and rollaway bed. It was very uncomfortable for me to sleep in rollaway bed

Welcoming staff, airport shuttle was the reason I booked.

For an overnight stay, everything was ok. Didn't really have the time to enjoy any of the amenities.

Great stay!

Breakfast was awesome. The food was so good, and the gentleman who waited on us was on top of everything. Wow! Breakfasts like this are restaurant quality, and we were so pleased with it! Keep up the great work!

The price was considerably more than I was quoted.
