Hotel honesto, seguro, ambiente familiar e muito aconchegante e com alta gastronomia!

O atendimento é excelente! O Blanco, gerente brasileiro, é super atencioso, profissional, gentil. O Hotel tem toda uma atmosfera e astral. Passar as tardes na piscina é algo aconchegante e muito prazeroso. A gastronomia é o ponto chave do Hotel, tanto o bar da piscina como o restaurante oferecem alta gastronomia com pratos incríveis. Café da manhã com opções maravilhosas tanto do buffet como a la carte. Próximo a Universal Studios. Estacionamento perfeito! Vegetação belíssima. Esse hotel adota política correta e honesta, devolvem o depósito dado em garantia rapidamente e de forma integral! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Hotel seguro, ambiente familiar, muito charmoso! Passamos dias encantadores e inesquecíveis nesse hotel! 😃 Pretendemos voltar! Obrigada.

Pode melhorar o shuttle que leva até a Universal, lota de manhã, deixando-nos inseguros, em pé. Para quem compra o Nintendo e entrada mais cedo ao parque, o shuttle não atende pelo Horário. O colchão um pouco mole demais. As highways fazem certo barulho, mas os quartos tem boa acústica.

It was great, friendly, safe, good food, comfortable rooms. Can’t fault it.

Everything was great. Ideal for Universal.

Maybe a little out of the way but loved coming back after a big day out to a little oasis. Would have liked to have seen “Happy Hour” at a decent time, didn’t like the “reverse” option.

Definitely I will be back for a third time, but I won’t be going in the pool or hot tub

The night manager at the yard. Excellent man.

The pool area at the hot tub there had to have been 20 children crammed in there. Health hazard.

Highly recommend! Convenient and comfortable stay for our Universal Studios trip

Room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel itself was beautiful and welcoming. One of our favorite stays thus far.

The sofa pull out mattress was not comfortable and no extra bedding for it was provided. Also, because it was a suite I feel it should've come with a microwave.

It was a nice and quiet stay.

The hotel was really beautiful and clean. I loved that it had an onsite restaurant and it wasn’t too far away from the things we wanted to do. The staff was also very friendly, they greeted us every time we entered the lobby.

The bed was a little too soft and the wi-fi wasn’t that great.

Vários prédios com várias entradas diferentes ficamos perdidos a recepção não informou qual seria o nosso bloco. O café da manhã não incluído e muito básico não vale o valor, o restaurante no térreo a recepção disse ser um dos melhores de LA, não gostamos de nada e o valor excessivo pelo que oferecem. Estacionamento pago a parte e valor é caro. O chuveiro tem pouca água .

I will definitely be recommending people here!

It was absolutely because and they had everything you needed right there if you don’t want to leave you truly don’t have to. The food was great the bars were amazing and the entertainment was good.

The rooms were beautiful and the pool was great!

Excellent restaurant, lovely staff

Every single interaction I had with the staff was lovely! The restaurant was wonderful and it was great having coffee facilities in the room.

The sound proofing of the balcony doors wasn’t great so the traffic noise was quite loud - I would recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Also there was no mention in the property policies or description that you are charged a $200 deposit upon checking in - it would be helpful to know this in advance.

Perfect hotel for Universal and Hollywood.

Great hotel in many ways. Lovely lounge and bar area and the pool was perfect after days out and open until late for post dinner dips! Our room was fine, bit of a squeeze for 4 but we weren’t in it much. Restaurant on site was really nice for a meal and the cocktails in the bar were good. We used the trolley to get to Universal and also again one evening to go to dinner at City Walk at Universal. We had considered this hotel alongside Loews and The Roosevelt and were so pleased to have chosen this instead. Location so much nicer and hotel much more pleasant for downtime.

Bar staff in the main bar by the restaurant weren’t particularly friendly or helpful. In fact quite rude. A complete contrast to the reception staff and bar staff by the pool who were always very friendly.

Perfect for visiting Universal studios!

Location is great for visiting universal studios, they provide free shuttle as well. Facilities very great, room was clean, all staff members were nice and helpful. The restaurant was great as well!

Exceptional

The family feel, great facilities and great location for universal. Free shuttle to Universal. The Garland is especially good for thoses with families but also provides a quiet retreat for thoses wishing to gey away for a relax. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Would have been good to have a few more food options for kiddies.

Fun hotel!

Very nice decor and atmosphere throughout. The swimming pool is great with the evening movie screening + poolside food and drinks was a lot of fun.

Loved the hotel, great location for studio tours and very family friendly.

On one night there were two private events which meant there was very little space for the guests to use; and on another day the pool was closed which was a shame.

Average place - far from being great.

Good location, nice pool, good breakfast and dinner at the restaurant

Overall no feeling of luxury of great comfort. Beds and pillows were highly uncomfortable and there was no choice to change any, airco was very noisy in the room making it difficult to keep it on, but also when off heat did not help in sleeping either. The pool is good hoever if you checkout and you want to use the pool there is no way to shower properly: there is a rinse shower but nothing else. Cleanliness can also be discussed. I saw cleaners putting new bed sheets on the floor, before putting them on the beds. Not really of great standard. Having an electrical car was dramatic. The car chargers of the hotel only worked with an app which could not be downloaded with a non US Play Store account (both on iOS as well as on Android). So it was impossible to charge. Totally not tourist friendly.

Loved all the activities. It's like a little resort! If you JUST sleep there, you are missing out! Definitely, visit!

I enjoyed the pool area. There was a station in-room that told about the Hollywood connection/history of the hotel. It was nice that there was a restaurant and very busy bar (late night happy hour) on site—met some interesting people :)

Beautiful resort that was perfect for a weekend getaway!

Stayed at The Garland for a girls trip and it was perfect. The pool and pool bar were really great - food and drinks were exceptional. Our room was super clean and close to the lobby and the pool which was super fortunate. The onsite restaurant was also very, very good and super convenient. There was a refrigerator and coffee pot in the room as well. We did some light shopping and was able to keep snacks cool. We used Valet parking which I highly recommend as well. The location has easy freeway access. I highly recommend this location and will definately stay there again!

There wasn't anything that the hotel could control - the first day there was a lot of pool chairs that were saved - yet no one used them...I have stayed other places where they do a 30 minute sweep and remove items that are "saving" chairs.

It was alright for a family of four. El dorado is the section of the hotel you want to be in

The El Dorado section was way better than the other section. Room 459 was a nightmare. Paper thin walls..we were just tryna get some sleep, after a long day of universal studios but they accommodated us with another room, the next day though. That was way better. This would have been a better hotel for a younger couple trying to party or for the summer. Valet is 37 a night and no complimentary breakfast.
