Not my first choice but in a pinch, but be prepared to pay for parking

It was available for my desired dates, close to where I needed to be for the weekend the suite was ok in that it had a separate bedroom and living room area

The staff wasn't always available especially at check out, paying for parking was a turn off especially when I at the hotel next door parking is free and breakfast included. The elevator smelled of human urine and was very slow, the pull out couch mattress was stained and gross and there was a loose tile in the main area which put holes in my socks. Also charging people $20 to take their trash if bagged and left outside the door is ridiculous for $300 a night I expected a bit more but when you are booking last minute this is what you get. The hotel right next door is much better and there isn't dog poop in parking spots waiting for you unsuspectingly step in upon exiting your vehicle.

The room was comfortable

The ice maker didn't work, the AC unit was loud, the floor was very slippery in the room I was surprised to see I was charged for parking this time seeing my last stay I wasn't. The carpet in the hall needs to be deep cleaned

I would never go back again and wouldn’t recommend you guys to no one to

The cleaners came when they felt like it the staff was rude then I get charged for two extra nights so I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one thank you but no thank you

Staff and keeping the place cleaner maybe get some new beds and put cameras in the place instead of having wires hanging

do not book completely a scummy experience never got chance to take photos as we checked in late these r the only ones I

nothing smell of weed very concerning looking guests manager was awful accused my partner of being a criminal the room was absolutely filthy wouldn’t let a dog in there disgusting never book this place filthy dirty think they house the junkies for fun

the smell outdated rude manager awful lack of supplies ie hot water was shut off at 9am most people need it wasn’t given the opportunity to wash else were told to go back to my room and wait when I had an appointment that was not her concern very rude as a paying guest

Waste of time & money

Close to BrainTree Mall as well as gas stations and fast food restaurants

Staff inattentive to guests mostly just interact with each other. They do not attempt to go ABOVE OR BEYOND ANYTHING!!! Very non-chalant. Unwelcoming. Hallway smelled like Sewer for 2 whole days, they did nothing about it. I complained about a drawer that literally fell off on my second day there and they never came to fix it. They claimed that the “maintenance man” was very busy and this was not a “high priority “. Customer service is non-existent. 75 percent of the “guests” actually LIVE THERE. It’s more of a run down Air B & B than a hotel. No pool, no business center, no complimentary breakfast, WiFi worked sometimes. Mold in bathroom as well as rust.

Near mega shopping mall. 5 mins drive.

There should be no carpet in the room at all because this is pet friendly hotel. Carpet some how absorb pet odor no matter how well you clean the floor.
