Exceeded expectations

Front desk lady was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and the best hotel breakfast I have had.

How cold the pool was and the hot tub being out of order.

Disappointing

The Hotel was pretty quiet. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly.

The hallyways smelled of stale cigarrettes. The pool area had multiple centipedes crawling around. The pool itself was dirty and the water was very cold. The hot tub was out of order. When another pillow was requested I was told that the hotel didn't have any extras.

The staffs was nice and friendly.

The bed was comfortable as usual.

The swimming pool was not warm enough and the hot tub was out of service. It’d be great if they could fix those two things because every thing else was great.

The first room smelt like body odor,the ac control was broken, and the beds were heavily stained and covered in hair.. Requested a new room was given a different one which was on the bottom floor. Smelt like wet dog had to get air freshener to be comfortable. The sheets were slightly torn but seemed to have been washed which was a plus. The bathroom tile was broken and grout was splitting from the wall and tub. Tub was gross and rusty spots all over tub. Wallpaper in the bath room seems to have taken on a lot of water damage as well. I overheard while walking through the halls from 2 other guests that their rooms were in poor shape as well. Luckily we were just passing through.

I loved the breakfast especially the ladys taking care of it.

That they didnt mention there wasnt a fridge or microwave to begin with. Only the suites have them. I have a baby that asks for milk at night so that was very unfortunate..

A quiet nice setting and convenient for our activities.

Breakfast was good. Very quiet and handy for travel theoughput the city.

It would have been nice to have a refrigerator and microwave since we stayed several nights.

Staff wouldn’t help when our room was hot!

Our air conditioner didn’t work very well the thermostat was broken so I couldn’t turn it down to get cooler so it was hot in our room the entire time! I told the lady at the desk and she said sorry we are full we can’t give you another room!

Extremely disappointed. Not the Hampton Inn I'm accustomed to staying at.

We didn't have breakfast there. Location was ok.

Need a fridge and microwave in every room. They charged the wrong card without asking and didn't tell me they were charging my debit card instead of my mastercard. Trash cans in room big enough for one coke bottle only. Housekeeping didn't change trash.

Our stay was satisfactory but not exemplary.

Unfortunately, the Men's public restroom was rather disgusting but probably had not been cleaned yet by the cleaning staff overnight, so we returned to our room just prior to departure. The cleaning people came before we were actually checked out while we were down at breakfast and several (not significant items were removed- - a tooth brush, some tooth paste and a headband - - -) before we had a chance to use the restroom in the room one last time. The cleaning staff did give us back the headband but the tooth brush and paste were gone.

Offer a TV listing sheet for the local channels in the room, would have been helpful.
