Rooms were Excellent and nice and clean....Modern too Free shuttle was fantastic! Drivers and staff excellent Free lemon and fruit water in lobby was perfect.! Gym was Great!.. Pool too! Close to downtown Memphis Across from Elvis' Lauderdale Apt..Wow

My stay as far as hotel itself it was clean and comfortable but definitely not honest on its site and ridiculous on its

The location was perfect as far as being close to my child at St Jude’s

The fact it cost me $22 to park and breakfast it’s self was about $20. It said on the site free breakfast and parking but that was not true.

The hotel was lovely. The staff especially the shuttle drivers was helpful, knowledgeable, caring.

Breakfast was very expensive. In order to not pay 20 for breakfast one had to take shuttle because there were no alternatives nearby

Our stay was nice and enjoyed except for the ceiling and commode problems as well one day if under staffing by the hotel

Friendly staff and shuttle drivers. Buffet very nice. Close to downtown.

Water leaking from ceiling of Room 724 and commode had a problem flushing. Thought water was getting on toilet seat from commode flushing and we didn’t realize it until 2days later that water was dripping from ceiling bad from room above us and then the toilet was about to overflow in Room 724. We were given another room. On Monday 5-8-2023 there was no breakfast buffet which was fine, but Crowne Plaza Memphis had only one person seating guest, taking orders, cleaning tables, bringing out food and ringing sales. Waited 1 hour to be served. It was way too much for one person to handle alone and no one came out to help her. A buffet would have been more manageable for one person.

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, Location was on point.

Shuttle service was excellent, drivers were very helpful. Loved that we had a number to call for pickup, and they answered with an ETA🙌.

Not worth the price

The location was nice, it was close to down town and the freeway.

Everything was broken. The shower, the parking lot, the smoke alarm. The smoke alarm started chirping at 4am, and the front desks response to asking for a battery was that maintenence gets in at 7am.

comfy beds good location down town. employees were very friendly.

wasn’t able to check in until 6 hours after check in time because rooms was not ready. Paid extra for breakfast but was only gave 2 breakfast vouchers even though I checked in with 4 people.

It was holes and cracks in the wall the door look like it had been kicked in house keeping bust in the room at 8:30am and check out was at 11 good thing I had my latch on the door. The amount I paid for the room for one night was ridiculous never again will I stay at another crown plaza this hotel need to be shut down I will be contacting cooperate

It was ok

I liked Ashley, the front desk agent! She was very friendly and helpful! So was the shuttle driver! Great customer service

I didn’t like the fact that the bathroom sink cabinet fell on my sons foot causing extreme pain and some redness. The cabinet door was old and was seemingly off the hinge. I tried to call the front desk but the room phone was not working. It was plugged but no dial tone. I walked down stairs to report the concern. The late night agent said she would fill out an injury report but never took any information from me. I asked her for an ice pack but she gave me a plastic bag from the ice bucket to put ice in it. I went upstairs to use the ice machine on our floor but it wasn’t working. I tried calling the front desk from my cell phone 4 times and each time, someone picked up and hung up. I called the 5th time and finally got the lady. I asked for a manager and corporate office but the manager wasn’t on site and wouldn’t be available until later the next day. The next day, I asked for a manager again and was directed to Mr. Bruce Lipsford who took my information down and said he would file the injury report. He also took pictures of the door and I also sent pictures. As of this moment, nothing has been down about our poor experience

Horrible. Took my daughter and she hated it

I feel we were overcharged and I should receive a credit back. First the water was yellow in the sink and brown in the toilet when we arrived. Second the fire alarm went off the first night and we were forced outside. I demand a call back to give a $200 discount as it was a total of $700.

Reginald, the shuttle driver, was the best part of the hotel. He is very likeable and service oriented and is an asset for the hotel.

Phone in room did not work. Fan in bathroom ran continuously. Check out clerk could not print a receipt, so she said, but stated she would e mail a receipt which I have still not received.
