Everything at hotel was great.

When I reserved was told that all fees were due when I checked in which I thought could be paid in cash and it wasn't until we got there that found out that she had to put it all on the card and I got that room primarily because it has a pool and lounge area however during booking of the reservation it said nothing about the pool area was closed that day so that was a little upsetting cuz I could have paid half of that for a hotel closer that's not fair on my part

Short, clean, and impressive stay.

Nice and clean rooms, but I was most impressed by the included breakfast. We aren’t typically fans and end up getting something else, b it it worked for us today!

Close to where we needed to be. Clean room, we reserved the king suite.

We stayed in the room directly next to the staff office door. During the night, you can hear the door opening and shutting. Aside from that, It was fine until the power in our room went out around 10:30, which included both tvs, all the lights aside from the bathroom, the outlets, even the phone. The associate upfront said nothing could really be done as maintenance didn’t arrive until the morning. The end result was me tossing and turning because I couldn’t use the alarm clock or get a wake up call and also charge my phone to use as an alarm clock.

Exceptional

Location was ideal and so convenient. Rooms were large, nice and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

. Pool was nice but hard to find a towel, so we need to walk to the room wet. other than that, it was nice.

Won't go back!

The facility was under construction! TV and microwave didn't work upon arrival. Had to wait until the next day for TV. Had to request an iron. The day I wanted to use the pool, I had NO access due to construction!! NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE! A hole in the bathroom ceiling!

Close to Mugs Restaurant where we watched the EAGLES GAME

The hotel was under construction alot of dust n noise.. It was not advertised on the website. The room.was over priced period. Will not return. The only thing that was ok was the breakfast.

Good but I expected much convenient room.

. The location .breakfast was o.k.

The quin bed was very small for a couple. The lady in front desk at the evening was pleasent,but she has a hard time to explain me why they charge was much more that I booked. At the end ,everything was good, Because the charge that I saw was pending .

Construction began at 7:45 am Saturday morning and when I mentioned to the front desk clerk she basically called me a liar by saying that they did not start until 9 am. The drilling and banging woke us up around 7:45 am and as we headed for breakfast, 8:30 am, the elevators when up one floor and the construction crew was working and one of them go in the elevator with us.
