Clean comfortable and quiet room, friendly staff and location.

The charge for breakfast...should be free with purchase of night stay especially if staying multiple nights, no refrigerator.

El desayuno estaba muy bien...practicamente lo mismo para habia variedad para combinar. La ubicación es muy bonita y tranquila y segura pero si esta retirado de la ciudad de Chicago. Pero yo anduve en esa zona y alrededores. Las camas muy comfortables dormi rico.

No ponen agua en la habitación, deberían de dar esa cortesia por el precio que se paga...los precios de la tienda estan caritos.

Lobby and bar/restaurant area nice. Staff was nice

Rooms and hallways need updating… very musty smell throughout. Hot tub needs to be refinished very ruff and water level was too low so it was very loud.

One of the best night I’ve had in a hotel

Well kept grounds, very clean. Staff were super friendly and inviting. The beds were amazingly comfortable with super soft sheets and towels. A great stay!

Don’t stay here

Bed was fine.

The place is old. Needs an upgrade. No fridge in room. You can ask for one and they said they may be able to accommodate. When allowing customers to book for some big school event they should find a way to keep the kids away from customers. They were banging on our door and causing problems.

The hotel treated us like we were a 3rd party.. That's all the front desk staff kept saying when we had an issue.. " well you know you booked through a 3rd party" I couldn't even get a printed receipt!

Wash cloth and towels had stains on them. Steam iron didn't work!

Tried calling hotel several times from outside the hotel to speak with front desk about item I left in room after check out. Phone would ring 15-20 times, never answered and then disconnected. Very frustrating.

Staff were great and very helpful the decor was tasteful. Breakfast isn't included but it was delicious.

You could tell the room wasn't cleaned well, I found gummy bears on the floor by the bed. The coffee pot didn't work, which they were more then happy to replace but I wasn't going to fret about it since we only stayed one night. The pool was nice but the hot tub needs work. Half the jets didn't work, and it looked like it hadn't had a good cleaning in awhile it was kinda gross.

Was hoping just to lay my head for the night as it was a 5pm arrival and ended up switching hotels.

When I arrived the Hotel staff was very accommodating, informative and welcoming

Room Cleaniness; When I got to my room there was some very disgusting things found in the bathroom. Down the front outside of the toilet was either some ones puke or fecal matter...this continued to the base trim outside the shower. Upon noticing this I grabbed my luggage and want to the front desk where they credited my credit card and I left the hotel. Therefore, I cant speak to any of the other items above

Very good

The white bed spread cover was not very clean on either bed. They should be laundered after EVERY use like the sheets are. Especially, since people are more aware of health issue that come from non sterilized bedding. We were thankful we brought our OWN bed covers. The floor ( carpet) was not very clean either. When we arrived, we were not told by the gentleman who checked us in about all the amenities you had to offer. A little disappointing as we were the only ones at the front desk at the time.

It met our needs while in town to move son into college.

The food was mediocre but sufficient. Staff was very friendly.

Eggs were overcooked. Restaurant has very limited hours.
