I don’t like animals stay in the same room, and not knowing if the room I get animals stayed it .

Before we stay in any hotel, we make sure that we ask to see the rooms first because photos online can be misleading. We walk up to room 333, and low and behold, 2 roaches greeted is at the door walking towards us. We immediately turned around and was leaving when the front desk lady met us at the elevator. We informed her of what happened, and all she could do is make a squeamish face and ooohh, would you like another room.

Rooms were spacious for the 3 of us.

Bathroom could have a little more attention. Hair in the bathroom drain when we got there.

Hotel was convenient to our event. Staff was courteous

That we were not made aware that changes to the room could not be made since we booked through a 3rd party. It was my error in booking to not reserve 2 double beds vs the 1 queen bed. Staff informed me that I couldn’t make any changes

Had to take a room with a smaller bed than I requested after I specifically requested an early checkin and got no contact that it wouldn’t happen. I had to flush the toilet 4 times to get it to flush everything.

Clean room, comfortable bed, soft sheets.

Facility in general was okay.

The towels were mismatched, only 1 towel per person, no extras. Room was clean but dingy looking. Walls very thin , could hear everything going on in other rooms. Walk AC/Heat very loud & noisy.

Excellent location.

There is no breakfast available. We had to ask for several items that should have been in the room (coffee, towels). There is only a bedspread-like item on the bed and no blanket. The bathroom door didn't fit well and squeezed loudly

I like this property because the beds and pillows are comfortable. Also because it doesn’t appear to be a red roof inn that was repainted to hide the mold and filth.

This particular weekend was a busy one and they were at capacity. A faucet on the second floor either failed or was left on and flooded a portion of the second floor and down into the laundry room in the first floor. The water apparently dropped down into a smoke detector and set off the fire alarm at 1am, 4am, and 9am at least. Someone on the second floor spit on the elevator buttons on one of the nights I was there. At least on employee was rude about the fire alarm to a guest in front of me.

The hotel was great. Location was great. The staff were wonderful.

The only issue we had was the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night twice.
