Convenient and very welcoming. Great spot for relaxing or sight seeing. And the tattoo expo!
No microwave in my room
4.0 / 10.0
The location.
There are no shuttles on Sunday to the airport. The food was falsely advertised as a free buffet for all and turned out to be a single voucher for two, no matter the number of occupants listed on the reservation. There were no microwaves in the room, and the coffee offered in the morning tasted like watered-down tea.

Location
Attempted to check in 1.5hours after check-in time. Was told my room wouldn’t be ready for 40 minutes. They oversold the hotel, couldn’t accommodate me despite having reservations and paying in advance 3-4 months ago. Was told they couldn’t do anything to make up for it because I booked through Booking.com. Repetitively used my reservation through Booking.com as a tactic to try to “shame” me for not booking through them directly. I’m a Hilton honors member and they didn’t add my account despite me asking and instead started me a new one. The elevators were having issues, one was down and they had to have staff controlling the other two. Very slow. Overwhelmed and not prepared for the amount of guests.

I loved the private parking garage, and I loved the pool and hot tub. Room was great!
I did not like that when I booked through booking, it said I have the option of a tub or a shower, when I arrived it had a small stand up shower. I was looking forward to having a tub since I only have a stand up shower at home.

Very clean, excellent decor, centralized property. Staff personnel were all extremely polite, professional, pleasant to do business with.
Nothing at all.

Heated swimming pool and spa were great! Breakfast buffet had a good variety of tasty American options. Family friendly, staff was friendly, nice living room!
Our bathroom fan wasn't working. Also, there was a parking fee charge which is not mentioned at the hotel's page/booking.com.

The breakfast buffet was very nice. Much larger than I had expected and the food was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also had dinner in the restaurant the evening before since it was convenient to the SNHU arena. Again, we were happily surprised by how much we enjoyed our meals. Again the wait staff was exceptional. The room was large, clean and comfortable.

Entire floor and room we stayed in smelled like smoke. I informed the staff I have asthma and cannot be on a smoking floor and they still placed me and my friend in a smoking floor on the fifth floor. We could not sleep all night because of the smell. The corridor was also noisy and we did not find the rooms and beds to be comfortable. A terrible stay and terrible value for the money spent. Will definitely not stay here ever again or in any other double tree property after this poor experience.

Did not choose to pay to eat at the hotel restaurant for breakfast.
Ice machine on the 5th floor did not work. No complimentary coffee in the lobby, I used the Keurig in my room but not enough creamer for 2 cups of coffee. Housekeeping "refreshed" my room during my 2 night stay (I didn't request anything new or cleaned) but they did not refill my Keurig or creamers. When I asked the front desk, they said to ask housekeeping on the floor. The Housekeeping cart was very nice but she didn't have any coffee K-cups.

My daughter and I were coming to a concert at SNHU Arena. It was so convenient with the hotel being across the street. The Current was an amazing restaurant, delicious food!

Location was good, though the entrance was closed for some invisible construction.
Staff were not friendly and seemed like they were bothered by guests. They spoke in terse sentences and made limited eye contact.

We had 3 rooms coming for a sister/ daughter's heart surgery that unfortunately became a funeral. Hotel staff were so helpful in changing reservations last minute, were friendly, considerate and empathetic. Restaurant staff were exceptional as well.
One evening lounge restaurant and bar area wasn't open, bigger restaurant not open in the evenings and the breakfast buffet seemed available randomly.
