Très agréable si ce n’était de cet incident

C’était bien tenu, propre…tranquille on a reçu les services qu’on devait avoir.

On voulait rester une semaine de plus et le commis à l’accueil nommé Mateo nous a dit qu’on ne pouvait pas garder la même chambre .Il a dit qu’on devait quitter la chambre avec tous nos bagages et attendre au lendemain vers 15h pour nous donner une autre chambre. On n’avait pas le choix nous avons donc fait nos bagages et le lendemain nous avons quitter la chambre comme demandé. En remettant les clés il y avait une autre dame au desk je lui ai dit qu’on reviendrait vers 3 h pour avoir une autre chambre. Elle a demandé pourquoi on ne gardait pas la chambre. On lui a expliqué. Elle a été d’une gentillesse et nous a aidé à garder la même chambre. On a donc remonter avec nos bagages. Une employée gentille et très compétente.

Perfect for self-catering but food shops are across a busy highway, about 15-min walk each way.

Very comfortable bed and bedding. Very quiet location/soundproofed rooms. The reception on arrival by the wonderful staff. On our second stay, Ms. Arlène was most helpful, especially since the system created a duplicate booking! She kindly smoothed things over without a fee. The use of free Shuttle from/to FLL airport was most appreciated and easy to find after clear instructions to phone for it after a late arrival. Worked perfectly! Facility to prepay and book shuttle bus to/from cruise terminal with "All Stars" shuttle. Very efficient and wonderful customer service.

It seems petty, but the closest shops for food are at a mall across the busy highway. It was a long walk to/from there back to the hotel suite, especially for my husband, who has mobility problems. Easier if one had a car! However, there is a modern vending-style machines in the mail lobby of the Candlewood Suites, including frozen dinners! What we really wanted though was a glass of wine... or two... On our second visit three weeks later, I went to the stores myself... problem solved!

While more than we preferred to spend, it was a nice clean room and we felt safe staying there.

convenience for airport and cruise terminal.

it was a little pricey I think for what you got - I realize it was more an extended stay option, but nightly rate quite high I felt.

Enjoyable.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not enough shelving or place to put our stuff in the bathroom. A vanity would be nice. Not enough lighting in the kitchen area.

We think it would be nice to have a pool or share the Pool with the Holiday Inn next door. We had a long wait to get into our room. A pool would of made that wait easier.
