Very good

The front desk staff they were good and very nice and very courtesy always say good morning or good evening the breakfast was bad and we enjoy the pool

When it comes to housekeeping they wasn't that good they didn't clean our room but once we had to ask for towels there was five of us and they would only leave three towels and no disrespect against them but they didn't speak English

Only one of the 2 elevators was working the entire week I stayed here, and it was very slow.

Amazing. I will always choose them now

I like the area. it’s out the way and close to the interstate. Plus different places to eat and gas stations. The staff from front desk to housekeepers were sooooo exceptional. We got fresh towels and bed once we left for the day. Now I’ll always choose Holiday Inn Express wherever I travel.

Great Stay

My Fiance' and I enjoyed our stay and it was spur of the moment. The accommodations made were spot on. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. In addition, the Staff the was awesome. We made specific request for just a regular king size bed on the upper floor and was offered the suite for the same affordable price. The room was very nice, with modern design features and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning when ever we are passing through LaPlace.

Clean, comfortable rooms at an excellent price.

There was almost always no one at the front desk. People kept giving up waiting in line just to come back and try for someone later. Personally, I chose this hotel due to the inclusion of a hot breakfast bar as it would be a tremendous help to a family of four. The first morning of our stay, there was nothing but a few grab and go pastries, with a promise of food the next day. The next day there was hot food, but I’m assuming due to COVID the selection had changed from what was advertised online, which was disappointing, but I’m sure couldn’t be helped. Also, you have to call and schedule room cleaning and maintenance the day before you want it, of which no one told me in advance.
