the weather was enjoyable and the sunsets were nice.

i didn't like having the bird on the patio as i was trying to eat breakfast. they are too tame. one took my breakfast slider off of my plate and almost took it out of my hand. being a local i know better than to feed the wildlife.

NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL PASS THAT ON TO FRIEND’S

The staff was not very helpful, just disconcerting of visitor issue, all vending machine and ice machine all empty or out of order, we stayed there in 2020 and had the best service ever that’s why we came back, not sure if it’s under different management but the employee where just very lack and no drive to help. We came in early asked for early check in, was told it should be just Little bit, so we went to the restaurant, hr later we checked again still not ready, we sat in lobby for another hr after we were told they would call me when it’s ready, another 40 min goes by I go back up to the desk as the girls at desk just sat there I asked again then she finally called someone and then said it should of been ready 40 min from first time I asked, then all of a sudden it was ready! So pretty much it was probably ready when we got there, I won’t return again your staffing and condition of the hotel have just went down hill and that’s very unfortunate! Cause that was going to be our go to every time we come to Florida And we refer to MANY PEOPLE, but I will NOT! Oh and you sell your parking to the public and your own guest don’t have a place to park And WHY??? Would you charge me over 100.00 for a water park I don’t use?? That should be an option not a added fee after already paying almost 900.00 to stay there! Ridiculous!

Nice Room and large bathroom.

At arrival, we were told they didn't have our reservations in spite of providing 2 different confirmations. They seemed annoyed to check and just in general. Pool was closed for 2 days. We had to go to the hotel next door to use their pool. Every time we used our room key, it would only work one time and then we would have to get another new key. I was not impressed.

I didn’t like the fact that I booked a room for almost 3 grand and it didn’t have a whirlpool bathroom nor bathrobes or anything that was on the website and it was my honeymoon which I’ll never get back. I’m also contacting my lawyer which my work provides me and will be taking this further. I am a VIP gold member with Priceline which went threw your app and I will never be using them again nor booking.com

Location close to the beach

Hotel not that clean I paid $500 for one night here and it was not worth it The parking lot is so small you have to park in the garage which belongs to the other hotel next-door and you have to walk a half of block down with your luggage. The hotel staff was not that friendly when I was checking in they told me that I have gotten all this free stuff and it comes out. I pay for it they tell you that you get free breakfast, but they don’t tell you that the breakfast is only free for two people And I had myself and two kids and that it only covers up to $30 and each thing on their menu is $15 or more. They also told me I had free tickets to the waterpark which is 15 minutes away at another hotel but those tickets are not free to charge $32 for incidentals which they hold $50 on your car or you won’t get back , the only reason why I stayed at this hotel is because how close it is to the beach I will never stay here again

Great location

My reservation was for 4 people with breakfast included. When I check in, it turns out that breakfast is for only two people and you have to pay $15 for each additional person with the coupon they give you. And pending because the waitress forgets to use your coupon and charges you regular price. Parking $30 per day, but the location is very good.

Fabuloso! That's what the place smells like.

The view from the balcony in the room was amazing. The location was great and within walking distance to the places I wanted to go.

The smell. The Hotel smells like cheap cleaning products that are trying to cover up a funky musty smell. Made me want to vomit. It's a good thing the room had a balcony so I could open the door and air out the room.

The staff was friendly. The music at night was good.

The hotel is old and needs updated. Tv didn’t work, balcony door didn’t lock, Front door stuck and hard to open. Sink leaked.Advertised as gulf view, couldn’t see much of the gulf.I thought that meant gulf front. Had to walk to the beach. Paid $32 a night for parking. They charged regular beach goers $30.00 to park.

Breakfast: although I booked a breakfast included rate, we had to pay extra for breakfast: the hotel gave us a coupon for the restaurant with a value of 12.50$ per person, only everything on the breakfast menu cost more. We had to pay an extra 17.70$ the first day and an extra 18.92$ the second morning.

Clearwater Holiday Inn was great. Stayed many times.

Everything was perfect room was clean. Staff was wonderful and the drinks and food was very good.
