the property is in a good location
only one elevator worked. the parking lot had huge potholes. when front desk staff was asked what time the restaurant was open — they replied 5-6-7 pm. whenever Tony decides to show up for work.

They allowed me to check in early, which was very nice of them.
This was a very old and rundown hotel - you could see the metal under the ceramic in the bathtub, and the phone was from the '70s. I lost some items and I'm not convinced they didn't find them.

Convenient location.
Beds were uncomfortable, would've been nice if offered other toiletries that forgot such as a toothbrush, razor, etc. The bath tub was a little slippery, maybe add a gripper in the shower and more handle bars in shower.

Breakfast Cost too much, staff was nice. Rooms weren't so bad, they could be cleaned better
More help around the hotel.

We were a little disappointed that there was no bartender, so the bar wasn't opened. It would have been nice to enjoy a cocktail on the patio.

The room was very nice
I was charged twice for the room - once by booking.com and once by Hilton Garden Inn. I used different credit cards to make the reservation and when I checked in and got charged on both credit cards. The staff at the front desk were very unknowledgeable.

Absolutely Nothing..
No trash cans outside especially in the courtyard areas. Stairway disgusting. Choosing the stairs because the elevator made us feel like we were going to plummet to our death. Bed hard as sleeping on a cement floor. Charged for incidentals $25.00 a night which we didn't use. Had to go to the front desk to dispute charges. Basically $500.00 for a two night stay in a run down small ass hotel room , disgusting hotel. We normally love staying with Hilton but this was a disgrace we will never ever stay here again. Save your money there are plenty of options in the area!

It was very clean. The young man at the front desk was very nice and extremely helpful. Our room was spacious and quiet. The bed was a little on the firm side and I didn’t get the chance to experience the continental breakfast but all in all it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.
We really had no complaints about the staff or the property.

Staff was nice and helpful when they can be. Morning breakfast was good.
heater work like crap; cold breeze and noisy; can't control it. there's a dirty spot on the blanket. The last time I had my laptop charger left in that room; I'm sure they trash it away. I call back the next day, they couldn't find it.

the bathroom was clogged the entire time

The property is close to a lot of places like food and shopping. There’s plenty to do within 5 minutes of the property, and there isn’t much noise from passing vehicles or anything at night.
Breakfast cost $10-13 every morning if you don’t book their breakfast package. The option to book this wasn’t shown on booking while making the reservation so we had to pay $46 for breakfast. The food was good but not worth the price.

it’s was easy to find, right off the interstate.
The leak in the ceiling in the bathroom that had water pouring out of it when the people above us took a shower at 5:30 in the morning.
Also, when we arrived about 4:30 the previous day, they couldn’t find my reservation. Luckily, I had printed a hard copy of the reservation.
When we did get to our room, there was a dog barking in the next room. That lasted about half an hour. I didn’t really know they let dogs stay at the hotel.

Front desk staff was friendly but not very present. Room was fine and clean enough. However, there was a sign on the bathroom mirror saying we could request a room refresh - which we did - twice - and no housekeeping ever showed up. We requested this in person at the front desk. We were told we could pick up our own towels at the front desk and that the housekeeping staff had already received their daily assignments at 10 a.m. on the first day we asked for a room refresh. Not a full clean, just a quick bathroom counter wipe down, new towels, and trash out. The second time we asked we were told they would come that day but they never did. Also our TV didn't work (satellite searching...) and it took two requests to fix this. This hotel is not fancy but too expensive to not provide at least every-other-day housekeeping and better service than this.

Place is starting to fall apart - especially the entry and lobby. Room was OK. Short staffed - sometime no personnel at the front desk!

Location.
My room had a bad stench. The phone in the room did not have a coil wire connecting handset to base of phone, and the whole phone was not working. There were no hair dryer.
We stayed 2 nights. Our 2nd night, our room did not get cleaned.

Breakfast was good. Bar was closed the whole weekend we stayed.
Bar was closed all weekend.
