Overall it was a good hotel, with just a few mishaps

The staff was very friendly and able to answer questions about local restaurants. The breakfast buffet had good choices. The overall cleanliness of the hotel/pool was good. Location was convenient for the purpose of our trip.

1. While the breakfast buffet had good food/choices, we had paid the extra to have it included each day. However, we were told on Sunday they were not having it. 2. The beds were not made each day, or the floor vacuumed. Sunday our room did not get fresh towels or trash removed. When inquiring we were told because so many were checking out, they didn't have time to come to rooms that day. Gave us towels and trash bags at the desk and told us we could set the trash outside the door after tying it up. 3. Turned our keys off the day before our checkout so we had to get new keys. 4. While location was convenient for where we were going, it is located on a road you can't turn across, so you have to go down and go through a shopping center lot to get to a light to go across.

My stay was very pleasant I was happy with everything all around.

Guest services and staff was polite and courteous, Cleanliness, close to the Hwy & stores and ample amount of parking, breakfast was good and fresh.

There was nothing not to like on my visit.

Conveniently located by interstate, food, easy access.

Outside door on west side by my room keypad didn’t work. Had to walk a good ways from Van.

Such a nice Holiday Inn stay!

Love the location... it's really a perfect hotel. Lovely entrance, nice rooms, super comfortable bed/pillows. Even a great breakfast (and the staff were so welcoming in the dining experience as well!) Very glad to be an IHG member. I have stayed here a couple of times. Highly recommend!

Great, fix keycard machine, include breakfast, and this place would be perfect!!!!

I loved the cleanliness, and it was very comfortable. :)

I didn’t like how hard it was to get in if you didn’t know where it is. I didn’t like their key system continually going out. Having to keep going downstairs so the keycard could be decided to the room. (Just so we could get in the room.) Didn’t like to have to pay extra for breakfast. Already paid extra to stay there. Thought the selection I chose with Booking.com included it.

It was ok, disappointed at the price and no free breakfast.

Nothing extra special about it except free parking. Love the dove products in the bathroom. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The entrance driveway was difficult as it was small and others right there. Time of day made me miss it and I had to get back in to the road and go down a ways and uturn 2x just to get back to it and hope I didn’t miss it again. Also the AC was very noisy and towels are rough.

Great place to stay and beach is beautiful!

Never again booking with La Quinta.

The front receptionist was friendly.

The room was disgusting. They gave us a handicapped room. The restroom doorway was all rusty, floor was dirty. Had to have shoes on to walk. No carpet in the room. When we showered, the water spilled outside and got all the restroom and hallway wet. Will definitely not come back. La Quinta used to have some pretty good hotels, they have gone downhill.

Hotel was clean, and in a convenient location. Price was good for this area and for how good the hotel was.

Coffee was empty every time we went by it. Shower had some stains in the caulking.
