They almost towed my friends car and said that it happens often even though we registered the car so it wouldn’t get towed and had proof so they brought it back if we wouldn’t have seen that it was getting towed then we would’ve had to pay to get it back which makes no sense because we registered

Our room was warm and cozy. The temperatures outside were below freezing.

Good location. It was close to Love Airport and close to museums.

It did not have shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.

Clean rooms. Maintained building. Easy car entrance and exit. Well light parking lot.

Didn't like that I had to drive through a horde of "woman of the night", To get to the building entrance 😁. Kind of awkward sense I purchased the rooms and went with my newlywed wife and kids. Lot of questions were asked of me that night.

The overall cleanliness and maintenance was quite well attended to. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Some were put off by my Service Dog.

The only thing I didn't like, only local Law Enforcement has control, is that some indicators of "crime" have spread to this area; since I have moved from Dallas.

Area is terrible, but bedroom

The staff me never was great. The bedding and pillow were comfortable. The breakfast food was very good.

When I first arrived the area is full of prostitution. The elevator was broken and it seemed like the AC in the main lobby was not working so it was very warm.

Location was good.

I am in my 70's. I had luggage. The elevator was not working! At first the desk clerk said the facility was full and I was on the 3rd floor. I WAS NOT HAPPY!! Then she said because I came in the afternoon, she would move someone else up to the 3rd floor and put me on the 2nd floor. I still had to haul all my luggage up the flight of stairs by myself. I would have appreciated knowing about this before I booked. I would have gone elsewhere.
