Facilities are beautifull
Drinks are good
Bar is excelent
The front desk staff is racist. They treated me badly, I felt belittled, it was really a bad experience that I would not want to repeat. I went on June 30 and both the people who helped me when I arrived and then at 4 when I checked in were just as rude.

Loved how close the beach was , the location was great !!

Property newly renovated, very nice. Staff very friendly and attentive and room very clean. Restaurant servers excellent.
Liked it all
4.3
The inside was nice
The parking was terrible and the back of the hotel was very dated.
4.3
Perfect location right on the beach. The staff were always friendly and welcoming. Almost everything you could want in one location.
The rooms were not as clean as I would expect and the bathroom was fairly small.
4.3
Clean- great staff
No laundry room or service.

The deck overlooking the beach

The room was clean & cared for nicely each day!
There are not enough chairs or lounges at the pool area. Pool water not clear - actually cloudy each day.
I think a nice Happy Hour would have been nice at the outside bar - bar is nice but, no real HH prices for the area of Florida as other hotels or bars in the area.
No entertainment during the week inside or outside.

Amenities were wonderful, location on beach, tiki bar, onsite restaurant was great, staff accommodating and professional, smell of the lobby was wonderful, warm cookies amazing! Loved everything

Excellent staff. Amazing location. Very relaxing vacation.

Our room was lovely. The staff at Coconut Charlies were very friendly and quite accommodating. Latricia and Kaela, two workers at the desk were very helpful and saw to our needs. That was much appreciated.
The hotel was easy to negotiate. Would definitely return.

Local
Muito barulhento devido música ao vivo, tinha solicitado late checkout e me passaram o valor no dia eles disseram que não tinha disponibilidade.

The location is wonderful. The warm cookies upon arrival are scrumptious! We also appreciated that the newly renovated rooms were not carpeted which allows for a cleaner feel.
Though this facility was totally newly renovated, there were things that were lacking. The balcony furniture was quite old, dirty and tired. The newly renovated bathroom was a single switch for three lights that were like being in an interrogation room! Also, the grab bar in the bathroom was only handy upon entering the tub, and nothing on the inside wall if you were to slip or lose your balance. There was no clock. Though they provide the “in room, coffee”, my husband loves a nice fresh of coffee is not available until 730 and it five dollars a cup! Bar Music was on probably all night as when we opened our slider, it was playing. No one was able to adjust that until 7 AM! and at $350 a night plus incidentals, it cost $20 to park in their parking lot!

Magnificent location. Very relaxing and beautiful.
The Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.
Even though there is a good size fridge and microwave a little more option for self catering would be great; however recognize that this is a hotel.
4.3
I loved the staff! Everyone was super helpful especially Krystal who was our bartender at the tiki hut.
Only one elevator was working. The one that was working was very slow.
4.3
Location was great
Air conditioner in our room leaked and sink in the bathroom leaked and had to move to another room.
4.3
The view was amazing and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
The food at the restaurant was pretty good, but pricey- you pay for the view and the atmosphere.
One of the elevators was not functioning and the other was incredibly slow, so we had to use the stairs- which was fine. We were only on the second floor and only stayed one night.
The beds are really stiff and the only pillow options are too firm or too soft, but the room was clean and very nice.
4.3
Ocean view, balcony, cookies! Parking.

Right on the beach
Pool smelled like a dead animal for everyday we were there, staff were extremely rude. We booked an ocean front room and were told that we would be getting that for the second night and coming back to the front desk the next morning, we were advised he hadn’t made any notes and the day prior were hectic from a customers medical emergency. So for the entire stay, we had a STREET VIEW, for OCEANFRONT price. Microwaves are not included, cost extra (only 6 available for the entire facility). No washing machines, used a laundry mat down the street. Mini fridge didn’t work for the first two days, had to complain to get another one in the room. We had temperature controlled medicine that needed to be in the fridge and this is ruined that medication.
DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE

Beach, staff, extras like beach towels
Paying for parking. Was a little high. Needs a gift shop ect.
4.3
It was right on the beach, clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating.
We only had one issue and it was probably due to heat but the garbage by the pool smelt really bad our whole stay. Other than that it was great.
4.3
The Smell between pool area and Tiki bar. It smells like sour beer.
4.3
Nothing

We loved this property! not needing to leave once we got there was a huge bonus! Restaurant open for all meals, free coffee from 4am-10am, Starbucks coffee and limited menu served all day at the bar inside, room service available and the best dining experience in the area with indoor and outdoor service on the beach front. The double Queen room was smaller then we’re used to sharing as a family of 4 but the amenities made up for that. A surf shop across the street for all your souvenir and sunscreen needs. The hotel also has a small store in the lobby with helpful items & snacks. The beds were so comfortable with lush pillows and light but efficient down comforters. A broom was provided to sweep the fine particles of sand we tried and failed at keeping out of our room. Balcony is overlooking the Gulf coast literally steps away from the water. The staff was insanely friendly at the restaurant and bar. Unlimited Pool towels provided by the hotel, luckily because we forgot ours at home! We would stay here again & again!
The only thing missing was a hot tub but that’s very minor for we never needed one with how warm the ocean is!
