Friendly and competent staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, free wifi, very quiet at night. This was a great value for the price and we will definitely stay here again.
The only thing that wasn't great was breakfast. There were no hot entrees at all.

Breakfast tasted good. Can't go wrong with waffles, eggs and sausages. Would have appreciated some baggles in addition to bread for toast. Pool was a warm temperature. Room was a good size. Beds were comfortable and lots of pillows.
Ants around the pool area. Light fixture in our rooms bathroom was not set in the ceiling properly leaving a hole in the ceiling. Light out in bathroom. Hole in bathroom door from towel hook. Not enough towels for people staying. Had to ask for soap as none in room. Lack of privacy as no shear curtains in windows for parking lot facing room, just blackout curtains.

Breakfast was okay - typical
The room was very small

Room could use a deep clean. Tub didn't drain when showering. Bathroom had a urine odor bad. Budget price yes, but not a pleasant place to stay. Disappointed with the room conditions.
See above.

The front desk staff was very friendly. It appears that the hotel was updated in the not-too-distant past. The man who attended to the breakfast area kept everything stocked and the area clean.
In one of the two rooms we booked, it smelled terrible. When the person on the floor above turned on his shower, water came through the ceiling into our bathroom. You could tell this had happened for some time, so I'm not sure why it wasn't looked into before this. The staff did give us a new room, but when we went to use the bathroom faucet, the faucet fell off! We told the front desk, but figured out how to put it back on so that we didn't have to move to our third room.

It’s right on the side of a mountain looking down on a natural park and waterway. Very close to everything with Olive Garden in walking distance. Friendly staff and great management, clean and affordable.
No waffle maker ): but I heard their getting one soon so it’ll be a 10 then.

Good location, big tooms. No traffic noise.
Noise from upstairs, bathroom fan sound like a semi. Breakfast was adequate but kind of lacking.

We were in the area for short ice fishing trip. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was a large 2 person shower. The pool was warm and hot tub was not too hot. They have a cute, self serve, hot chocolate bar in the lobby. The continental breakfast incluced: cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, toast, begal and english muffins along with a juice machine and coffee. We did not use the fitness center.
If you are not familiar with the area I could see how it might be difficult to find the hotel entrance as you have to access by driving behind other businesses. There is no direct access or sinage from the main road.

Affordable
Clean facility
The pool was warm which was wonderful
Spacious rooms
Extensive breakfast
Convenient location
Affordable childrens birthday party spot
Meeting room was a good space
We had two queen beds. Bed one bedding smelled like cigarettes or weed, so strong i couldn't stand it but the other bed didn't smell like anything (desirable)
Heater vent in the room was very loud and kicked on and off every 20 mins or so, only annoying at bedtime/during the night
Fitness center was too hot to exercise in comfortably, would recommend turning that room temp down a bit
Fitness center tv didnt have volume for half the channels but the rest had volume which was odd

Good
Noise level not acceptable. First night room above ours was noisy with folks walking back and forth and you can hear every sound as rooms are not carpeted. Addressed issue with staff next morning. Told four men were occupying room. Next night quiet till before 5am which woke me up and noise of walking, rolled Good night. suitcases, etc heard. Having been lank flooring in rooms may be a cost/cleaning decision bad for noise as no matter nsulation.

The staff was kind and helpful. the dining room was clean. someone was always cleaning whether it was the lobby, hallways, bathrooms, dining room.
our first room smelled like smoke. They were kind enough to move us. The hotel and rooms look ok superficially but when you look close, it is old, smelly, and uncomfortable. The breakfast was underwhelming.

Room was very clean and smelled very nice,
Had to move rooms due to the shower on / off valve would not let me mix cold water to take a shower. Notified the front desk and maintenance showed up a cpl minutes later. I was moved to another room, however it wasn't as nice as the first. The first had a shower wand which I liked, the second was stationary. The problem with the shower mixer valve should have been caught by the housekeeping staff.

The room was big and I liked that it had a pull out couch.
Had a broken shower handle in our king suite, so could inly use one side of the shower. The carpet was dirty. Looks like the sheets on the pullout couch was never removed to be washed and the room smelled of mildew.

Great hotel overall. Nice room and clean. Good location. Good breakfast...a choice of scrambled eggs and a breakfast sausage corn dog my first morning, and a veggie cheese omelet with bacon the next. There were biscuits and gravy both mornings. No waffle maker that I noticed. They had a few fruits and juices and coffee. Good parking area out front. Popcorn and lemonade in the front lobby always available. I stayed in Sept 2022
I only had difficulty with my TV remote...buttons needed to be pressed very hard to work especially channel-UP button. Otherwise no negatives about the hotel.

When we arrived, there was no one at the desk to check us in. There was a note with letting us know they had stepped away and to call a phone number and we would receive help. As I was preparing to call, a young lady who works there but had the night off, was stopping in to talk with her coworkers. Even though Allizeigh was off duty, she got us checked in and to our rooms. The rooms were clean and very spacious. We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable.
We looked for a vending machine to get snacks. We found one and it didn't work. Disappointing. Breakfast the next morning was also disappointing. When some of our party went down about 8 a.m, there was only sausage and cereal. Toaster was there but no bread. The cook didn't show up apparently so Allizeigh to the rescue again. She was the chief cook, bottle washer and front desk attendee. That girl needs a raise! When another part of our party went down for breakfast, there was some breakfast choices that included eggs, bacon and toast.

The breakfast was good. It was very difficult to access this property from the main highway. Details need to be provided at booking and at check in.

1. Great Breakfast. Omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pan cakes, 3 choices of cereal, muffins, yogurt, toast, coffee, apple
juice, O juice, cran juice, milk.
2. Shower curtain bows out of tub so curtain does not wrap around you while showering.
3. I was surprised to get a kitchenette in room, full sized refrigerator and freezer great for ice packs and food that we
brought along.
4. Hot tub in pool area was hot like it's suppose to be.
5. Popcorn in lobby was an added surprise. I didn't have any, but nice to know it was available.
1. TV channel numbers guide didn't correspond with reference card provided. You have to know the network name from the
guide on the tv which is small and hard to read and correspond it to the card provided.
2. Base molding in bathroom was off in one section.
3. Every time I went out of the hotel there were people (guests?) loitering near the entrance way and wandering around the
parking lot. Who goes to a hotel to sit outside and talk on your phone? A few of the people were loud. But a least they
were loud outside and not loud inside. It's not the Hotels fault they were loud, These people were just using their outside
voices to the max at times.
4. Pool was too cold for my likening, my body never got acclimated to it. Not a big deal though, the Hot tub was plenty
warm

The room, pool, breakfast so good and loved the small pancakes, price amazing. Had stayed in several hotels over the week and this was the best by far.
Missed having a washer/dryer for our swimsuits.
