Good but don’t ever need maintenance
As always I absolutely loved staying at this location. It’s convenient to where I go when I’m up there and typically no problems. The beds are always wonderful and never have an issue with that. The bathroom we had was pretty clean this time which was a plus for me. I actually got asked if I wanted housekeeping this time which was nice even though we never use it. We absolutely loved the lady on morning shift! She was so sweet and very helpful. She needs a raise! Always had a smile! Great customer service from her. And the ladies who do the breakfast. They are all so very sweet. We appreciated the warmth and courtesy of feeling at home while we were away.
So first and foremost, after this situation, I will not be back to this establishment. First I get things happen and I’m an understanding person. I had 2 small children with me this time around. The first night we got there, we had NO HOT WATER in our shower. Went downstairs to let the guy in the front know. He was also very kind. He said he will get it fixed and came to our room and checked it just to make sure. It was later in the afternoon which we understood it might be the next day. Went down the next day talked to the lady in the front and she was not told about it. We still didn’t have hot water. So she was calling maintenance and we waited about 23 minutes for maintenance to come up. Now before we even let the front desk know AGAIN we checked. Still no hot water. Maintenance got to our room 23 minutes later and miraculously “it worked” they were rude and disrespectful. I wasn’t even going to complain but as a paying customer I expect to be treated with respect. I was appalled and disappointed that this situation occurred because I’ve been there so many times and even went 2 separate times in about a week. The Keurig was messed up as well but didn’t want to be disrespected again so we just dealt with it. We will not be back.

Pretty good stay
I always love the location the best. Easy to find and always have wonderful staff when I come. They have pretty good breakfast as well which is a bonus. Rooms are more than spacious. Beds were super comfy! I really enjoyed the pool as well. Had a great day reading my book enjoying the pool. Plenty of towels! Overall loved the stay. And continue coming back.
I didn't understand why the higher fee and they don't give you a receipt. We should be able to have a receipt immediately with details on. The showers need to be deep cleaned. I understand there is tons of traffic coming in and out. There was trash on the floor by the elevator for at least a day maybe 2 days.

sufficient for my needs this particular weekend.
breakfast and coffee very good
size of bathroom and vanity. small. found the bill summary a bit confusing. staff of different ethnicities were hard to understand. their explanations when questioned about the deposit, why I had to pay my bill upfront. and when and how to get my deposit back

On a tear to Florida. Suited our needs perfectly. Nice hotel.
All good, Just a stopover, but done well. Nice room, close parking, great desk staff, nice breakfast. Can't ask for more. Thanks.

Room 208 has mold in the shower and mold on the sheets. It also smelled damp. Room 202 smells damp.
