We liked just about everything. I wish we had more time to spend there.
The only thing I didn’t like about the stay was the bed. It was too soft, and didn’t support my back. I slept on the couch, and was fine.

Clean room and the good location the staff was very nice
Hot tub was not working right it didn't have jets

Front desk, maintenance and bar/restaurant personnel were all awesome. Everyone was helpful, smiling and friendly! Close to WMU, stores, restaurants.
Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean!
The pool area is great but there were a lot of unsupervised kiddos in the hot tub and pool during our stay.

Liked the size of the pool and the location and the great restaurant inside...
How dirty the pool was and how obnoxious the other people in the pool area were... no one really watching their children or the whole neighborhood they brought with them...

Room was clean but aged. Somewhat falling apart
The pool/hot tub area was dirty and overrun by unattended rude children.

The room was very comfortable. The pool was lovely
The bar opened late on Sunday.

I was frantic after a 3 hour drive. my daughter who is ill needed to rest, and was skating at 8:30 pm at Wings Event Center. Rachel although new, was so kind to us and worked with housekeeping to get us into our room early.
Rachel made extraordinary efforts to be sure our stay was perfect.

The place was super pretty and well kept for the most part. The pool & hot tub were nice as well.
My room had water in the bathtub when I got there with black hairs floating in the water.. it wasn’t cleaned. I was surprised they didn’t offer breakfast for the guests considering the price of the stay.

The lobby was very nice, our room was clean
Antiquated computer system, (employees reference this) was a hassle when checking in/out. Hall on 2nd floor had the room numbers on a piece of paper taped to the wall. Fire alarm went off at 1:00am,and they stated that someone must be taking too hot of a shower and the steam set it off?? I’m guessing the building utilities are as old as the computer system .

Very nice pool area

Nice, clean room. Liked the restaurant on the property and the menu.

the location was good for our daughters graduation
I booked this hotel for its poolside rooms so my fam could celebrate graduation. The room I received (for big additional cost) was not poolside — and the pool area was unfit for guests at all. It was completely under construction— with yellow tape and holes in the floor — electrical boxes coming out of the walls— food towels and tools from construction laying everywhere, yet, people were using the entire area. it was crazy.

The front desk staff were very friendly. The bartender offered helpful suggestions for local eateries. The hotel was quiet.
The entry hallway into our room was dark. There was no light in the closet. This combination made it difficult to see/find clothing, etc. The television did not have the appropriate stations to watch March Madness games.

Remodeled rooms were quite nice, interior looked really nice...ceilings in the hall were oddly low... Took some pictures because it made me look like I was 8 feet tall. Kids loved that. I could tell some of the 'classic' feel was still present-bathrooms really cramped in the 'executive room' and water had trouble going down the drain. Paint in bathroom reflected in the sink and tub water and kids thought the water was yellow at first...had to run some experiments on light reflection before they were convinced it wasn't "yellow water" they were showering in. Breakfast was really nice, and staff was super friendly in the breakfast area
I paid a premium for this hotel's amenities with the family but was surprised to arrive and see the whirlpool was closed for 'painting', half the pool deck was roped off for painting, there were random tables and bits everywhere from recent 'work', the game room (2 video games and a crane game) were locked for no reason for both days, the ping pong table was gone, the foosball table needed to have a ball checked out from the front desk but was unplayable (missing figures and just a waste). No vending machines (just $6 gummy bears behind the front desk, which i guess isn't too surprising..but I was hoping for a couple bucks in a vending machine. TV remote was like the most lethargic thing you've ever witnessed...guide didn't match up with channels, so you'd pick a kids program and get some other channel...and 5-6 seconds to change the channel..whole thing was weird.

Breakfast was OK but the lady at the desk fought with my fiance when he and my son came down and asked about it. She said there wasn't breakfast but I knew it was included, so I had to call down there, at her right and then they had to go back down for the vouchers. Stupid.
Our tub didn't drain at all after a shower and the tp holder wouldn't hold the tp because it was too loose.

The bed was decent
We didn't have hot water. Had to shower in the room across the hall.

The mattress was comfortable. Receptionist at checkout, Samantha was very nice and one other guy was helpful. Check in staff manager and other girl working then were just awful.
Dirty. Dead bug smashed between layers of curtains. Asked if someone could clean it but no one showed. Crusty stain on comforter. Stains all over pillowcase. Unwelcoming staff. Dusty stuff all over room (like shelf in bathroom with soaps on it.) something spilt down side of dresser that left a crusty stain on the floor. Water was very yellow when attempting to take a bath. $4 pops in store area. Dirty diaper in hallway that was there for 48 hours at least.

clean, safe, and comfortable
kids running in hallway when trying to get to sleep

I had to change rooms because a family next to me kept running up and down the halls and slamming the door right next to my room I payed alot of money to relax and could not even enjoy my stay

Everything but the brown water

Pool area was nice
Hot tub wasn't hot. Food was over priced. $16 for a burger. Some Arcade games didn't work.

Your offered a bar but cause there wasn’t much business you weren’t open to the ones that were there and it only stayed open til 9 should be midnight for those who have a long day would like a couple of drinks before retiring to bed.
You need to have mirrors over desk so if there’s more than one woman in room they have another mirror to use to get ready. Beds comfortable
