The location was great, pricing was good too.

Our refrigerator didn't work. Told the front desk, still didn't fix it for the rest of our stay. The AC thingy wasn't in best condition. It made the room a bit musty.

Better than I expected. This was my first time staying with this brand of hotel. The facility is well maintained, very clean and even has a small bar in the lobby. Staff were very welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean. Quite location. Chose to eat breakfast across the street so we didn't check in to see what was offered at the hotel. All in all, very pleased with the value of this location

Room we had is directly over the lobby/entrance so you could hear when the front doors opened/closed. Wasn't distracting or affect sleep any. Would be nice if there was an Ice Machine on the second floor.

I like the layout & location in Pinetop. The feel in the bar with the fireplace is pleasant. Indoor pool is also a nice feature. Free wi-fi is also a good idea.

The bathroom floor must have been mopped with dirty water or soda water. It was extremely sticky. I wore my shoes in there until i and mopped it with a used shower towel & wash rag.. I like my rooms extremely cold, that wasn't an option. The base boards on the second floor are still missing and the carpet upstairs is old. It looks like they didn't finish the remodel from a few years ago. "I am tired of the additional fees". I think it is complete BS. I realize everyone in your industry does it, but the price shown for a room and the final total should only increase with government taxes (no business fees to get additional funds). Maybe one day you will order a fast food hamburger meal for your child with the listed price of $6.99. But wait there is more!! A cooking fee of $2.00, a prep fee to wrap it up is only $1.50, a per ice cube fee for more than 1 cube of ice, a salt fee for your French fries and also a fresh lettuce fee. Now your happy meal is a sad meal because you dropped $15.00 for $6.99 meal. You never know, this could happen. Your industry needs an honesty tune-up. Be different, start a new trend, "Our price only increases with government tax our business must pay" no additional charges!! No additional fee games at Greentree!!

Everything was great except where noted below, the pool was great and my kids loved that they could swim inside while there was snow on the ground outside.

The breakfast ran short of food after 8am. They had run out of milk by that time. The food was good and we were able to eat the other items, but bacon ran out after 8am. I know it was busy due to the 3 day weekend but that should have been planned for.

Hotel had a beautiful lobby with a fireplace and small bar. Rooms very clean with a comfortable bed. Very roomy. Hot breakfast and yummy coffee. Staff was very polite.

That I had asked for ground floor rooms due to my limited walking mobility yet they put me on 2nd floor far from elevator. Staff should do better and immediately make contact if requests are unavailable so we could have made other accommodations elsewhere.

Central Pinetop

Good location. Good breakfast, nice staff. Price was pretty good.

We requested adjoining rooms for our family. We had rooms far apart when we arrived. The staff was able to put us near each other. The hot tub was closed during our 4 days there. This was one of the reasons we chose this place for our ski trip.The room was not serviced every day.

There was black mold in the bathroom and it was not clean from the people before us. There was old sope in the shower and dirty towels.

rug was dirty in our room. room smelled musty. bathtub chipped. only one staff member at desk. had to wait for check in and check out while they were on phone . we did have trouble with our TV not working and she responded promptly and was nice.

Entire staff was great! They were all friendly and pleasant, We also enjoyed the bar atmosphere.
