Staff at counter and at breakfast 2ere excellent!
Location is perfect for UF visit.
The AC in our room seemed to occasionally blow hot air out and the room 415, never really got cold.

Piesanos next door. Location
The rooms were extremely dated. Did not like bathrooms at all- peeling wall paper, low ceilings, water temp that kept changing hot to cold during showers. Poor lighting. Didn't like that breakfast was not included. Couldn't get a/c much colder

Beds were comfortable and it was a good location, steps from UF campus
Under staffed, no one was at the front desk at check in. I waited 10 mins and then had to call the front desk to get someone to show up to check us in.
The furniture in the rooms was worn, chairs had tears in the fabric, wallpaper pealing off the walls in places, dirt smudges on the doors and door frames.

Lobby was pretty and fancy
Disgusting, outdated, dirty, smelly, water wasn’t draining in the sink and tub so water was just sitting so obviously a plumbing issue in my room 339. Just ugh.

LOCATION
I get the draw is that your facility is conveniently located to campus. However, your property is filthy. the gouging of prices for game days and graduation are incredulous. but we pay because we do not have a choice. I do have a choice when choosing accommodations . NEVER AGAIN at your location. I have stayed at your facility twice and have said both times NEVER AGAIN!! During this stay we were originally placed in room 203. it smelled like a dumpster. we were immediately moved to 318. saying this was better would be a stretch. Ghost (sugar) ants all over the bathroom counter, bathroom sink slow to drain and same with tub. the arms of the desk chair are worn and maybe mold? In college I stayed at low, LOW budget hotels such as Super 8, Motel 6 and red roof Inn and I must say those faculties were cleaner BY FAR. just travel down the road to the Holiday Inn express at I-75 and note how clean and well kept that facility is versus yours. it maybe new but old and out dated is not synonymous with filthy, dirty. could you manage to clean the spouts on the water dispenser in the workout room? It’s disgusting!! you need to do better!!
